Good stay, clean, and convenient location — as described!

Cool little studio. Full size fridge and nice little kitchen. Close to Muskegon Lake and a few bars/ restaurants. Short drive to downtown. Pet friendly as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for our needs. If you happen to be staying while the farmers market is open- don’t miss it!! The house was well-furnished, clean, and comfortable. When traveling with my adult daughter, I have a high appreciation for places that offer comfy areas for us to hang out at the end of the day, and this living area was perfect. Thank you!

Oh my goodness, I’m not sure where to begin on our fabulous stay at Sunnyside Up. This was our first vacation rental and we are not sure that will ever be another that compares. The pictures are a perfect depiction of this great apartment. What is not shown is all of the special attention to details like the wonderful towels (including use of beach towels), every kitchen items you could ever need/want, the great bathroom including dividers in the bathroom vanity, the unbelievable instructions on how to use everything in the apartment. Location is perfect and truly walkable. The next time we visit GH we will definitely be staying here. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!

My whole family loved this place! By far one of my favorite stays! Such a cozy place. Has absolutely everything you need. Good spots near by, very peaceful and a good size backyard, which my puppy loved!

We had a great experience staying here! Marie is good at communicating and quick to respond. She was also able to come up with a solution for us when our original plans fell through. Or dogs also appreciated the backyard area! Very cute place and convenient area with some nice cafes near by!

10/10!!!! This apartment was absolutely immaculate. Soooo clean! Logan provided everything one might need for the stay. The apartment met our needs perfectly. I will definitely plan to stay here again when I return to the area. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great! We really enjoyed all the space we got - in the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and even with parking. Karla sent all the info we needed ahead of time, which was really helpful and made for an easy check-in and check-out experience. Some touches that we found super useful - a half bath in the room with the bunk beds so nobody was far from a bathroom, the bunk beds were bigger than usual for both the top and bottom bunk (full or queen size for sure!), couch was super comfy, gated parking for two vehicles, spacious kitchen and large fridge and freezer for all the food we brought. It was also a super close drive to most of what we wanted to do in Muskegon and not too far from some other cities we were checking out as well. Thanks for the stay!

Spent a couple nights in Muskegon and was impressed with how clean and cozy the whole space felt. It had everything you would need and really loved being able to walk to all the local restaurants and shops.

The location was perfect. Walkable to coffee/donuts, good food and drinks, and the local candy store. The house was well appointed, furnished nicely, and very comfortable. The yard and patio were lovely and the front porch a nice place to relax in the quiet neighborhood. Blair and Laura were very kind and made reserving their lovely home easy. Highly recommend and will definitely rent again!

Lake Hess was perfect for a weekend getaway. The cottage was cozy and had great space for yard games. Justin was a great and responsive host!

The house was perfect for us. It was peaceful, relaxing and close to the things we wanted to do. We were close to Grand Haven, Muskegon and Whitehall. We ended up getting ice cream in Fruitport, too. Tom was very hospitable and had bottled water and some other drinks in the refrigerator for us. He also provided coffee. It was a wonderful stay at Tom’s place.

Everything was as described and pictured. Great private backyard to relax and enjoy the hot tub. Location was close to beaches in Muskegon and Grand Haven. Many places to eat and shop close by. Neighborhood was quiet.

Wonderful place to stay for a much needed mother/daughter weekend. The condo had everything we needed and the space was perfect. Clean, comfortable and lots of extra towels if needed. The distance to downtown is walkable although it was a little chilly so we drove which only took a few minutes. And just another few minute drive to the beach which was beautiful but a little chilly to enjoy. Fortunately we did not have any problems and did not need to contact the host. We did receive a couple messages prior to arriving and just prior to check out that were very informative and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed three nights for his birthday. The place was easy to find and getting in the place was easy. Very clean and bright. The shower/tub combo in the master bath is so unique. We enjoyed the hot tub which was very easy to operate. This location is within walking distance of the downtown area. On Saturday, we walked to the Farmer's Market. Stopped in a brewery on the way back and chatted with some friendly locals. One of the days, we drove to PJ Hoffmaster and walked up the stairs to the lookouts. When we got back down, we walked through the park. Very beautiful. This place had everything! We will be back!

Wonderful accommodations with upscale finishes, one block off the main downtown street. Great location in town during festivals that close the main streets from traffic. You can still drive in/out to the state park/lighthouse/beach. Plenty of dining and small business shopping within a short walk. Highly recommend -

The condo is very clean, modern and has nice touches. Tammie and John were great communicators, quick to respond and thoughtful. The condo is a quick drive into Grand Haven and Holland with lots of great options. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay overall—the condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything inside was as expected and made for an enjoyable visit. The only real disappointment was that we weren’t informed ahead of time that the building was being painted, which meant the balcony areas were completely covered in plastic and unusable during our stay. It’s likely the building notified residents in advance, so a heads-up would have been appreciated. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly.

Close to the water and close to the restaurants. One minor concern but Jenna handled it right away.

I was very impressed with this lakefront house. Hanna and Tyler were very friendly and responsive. But, also the place was immaculately clean. The location was beautiful and the lake was pristine. I will actually try to remodel a couple of my Airbnbs to emulate the aesthetics of his house. I have booked again in July. This deserves 5 stars!!

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing short walking distance of several great restaurants and right on a great bike path that you could ride endlessly. The pool was added bonus for 2 kids and highly recommend boat rental place in Fruitport!
