The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. Our 60 sqm flat is located in a residential area of Lechtingen at the foot of the Piesberg and only 15 minutes by car from Osnabrück city centre. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a mid-terrace house and was completely renovated in 2021. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, balcony, WiFi, Netflix and Disney+. It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three-party house just a few minutes walk from the center of Hollage. The Mittelland Canal is also within walking distance. From the balcony and from the living room you have a beautiful view of green meadows and a horse farm. Free public parking is sufficiently available in the side streets. A bus stop is just a few meters from the house.

Bright and friendly rooms with a great view of the southern Wiehen Hills await you. Many hiking trails can be used around the house.

We offer an apartment on 2 floors in the beautiful Hasetal. The location is ideal for long bike tours, canoeing and more. The house is in the middle of a residential settlement with walking distance to forest and meadows. When it comes to leisure activities, we are happy to assist with our advice.
