The apartment is in keeping with the coastal location, and is perfect for a seaside stay, with the beach, amazing walks and beauty spots close by. With one bedroom, it's ideal for couples, or single travellers. Small dogs are welcomed. The apartment is fully equipped to cook at home.

kingfisher Studio, great location & Dog Heaven!

The kingfisher Studio is one of two accommodations on site. The other being the Hare’s retreat ( not in view of each other) The Kingfisher has independent access and garden area. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the historical town of Bury St Edmunds. Surrounded by countryside, we have approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a double bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen/diner living room with a sofa bed.

Beautiful self-contained, spacious, Scandi inspired wood cabin, nestled in the large peaceful garden of a 450 year old cottage. Full amenities to make your get-away as comfortable and cosy as possible. HOT TUB, FIRE-PIT and BBQ included! On the doorstep of Horstead Mill and the River Bure you can go fishing, canoeing, paddleboarding and wild swimming within a minute from the cabin! Or explore what Norfolk has to offer from a huge variety of beautiful walks, beaches and the Broads.

'Home' away from home

Come and unwind away from it all in our ‘Home’ away from home. This unique retreat tucked up a secluded track, is a stone’s throw from the beach. The area offers beautiful walks and with a pizza oven, fire pit and cosy wood burner you won’t need to get in your car to enjoy your break on the North Norfolk coast, whatever the weather. *Important note* This is an open-plan space. The accommodation is suitable for lone guests, couples or families with a maximum of two children.

Buzzard View Hut, free Parking

Our beautiful shepherd hut lies in a private nature reserve in the heart of the English countryside. Sympathetically managed the meadow evolves throughout the year and offers the perfect spot to switch off from everyday life. The hut contains a kingsize bed with luxury mattress and underbed storage; fitted kitchenette with pop-up dining area; en-suite with a shower, flushing loo and heated towel rail.
