En plein coeur de Paris, dans une jolie impasse, tout près de l'atelier des lumières. L'appartement est très calme, lumineux. Le salon donne sur l'impasse et la chambre sur les toits sans vis à vis direct. Nous vous proposons ce bien idéal pour un week end en amoureux ou entre amis. Cozy and very well located apartment

Located next to the Place de Wagram, the apartment is situated in a very convenient yet quiet location, close to the Arc de Triomphe, the Monceau Park, the flea market of Batignolles and the shops of Rue Levy. In a few minutes you can reach the Madeleine, Opéra Garnier, the department stores and Place de la Concorde. The S-Bahn line RER C, just 100 meters from the apartment, takes you to the Eiffelturm in 10 minutes.

Ce magnifique appartement de 100m2 pourra confortablement accueillir jusqu'à trois personnes. Vous entrez tout d'abord dans le salon, spacieux et lumineux avec sa vue sublime sur Notre Dame, il s'ouvre sur une terrasse fleurie qui communique avec un long balcon accessible depuis chaque pièce de l'appartement. Une personne pourra dormir dans le salon puisqu'il dispose d'un lit simple de 90x200.

A beautiful and cosy apartment in the heart of Paris with an astonishing view of Notre Dame cathedral, the main square at Hotel de Ville, and the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Recently refurbished in 2014, this modern apartment contains a bedroom, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, a spacious living room and two small balconies.

Quiet and colorful, close to Parc de la Villette, my 2-room apartment is ideal for a Parisian stay. Bright, thanks to double-aspect windows, located on the 5th floor (no elevator), I live there on a daily basis and I have made it a warm, clean and lively place. Only the bed is suitable for sleeping, the sofa is not a bed.
