Charming house in the countryside, quiet, perfectly equipped and impeccably tidy/cleaned! The accommodation is very pleasant and in a beautiful environment, close to the greenway. The garden is a plus! Marie-Christine is a friendly, responsive and helpful host! We loved our stay!

The house - beautiful, an old building, high rooms, wonderfully cool even at over 30 degrees, if you close windows and doors during the day and darken. A wide cuddle sofa and a good TV for the evening. Despite the city, it is very quiet; now in June, in the evening, when the windows are opened, the calls of the swallows and other birds and sweet scent (linden?)A nice little garden. Everything very tastefully and stylishly furnished, very good beds - we would have liked to take the mattresses with us ;))). Everything is very clean. We recommend the second bakery on Rue Claude Bernard - also good patisserie, and the restaurant Sous les Tilleuils-, rue judaique - very good value for money, a young creative cook, charming, relaxed service. Excursion: definitely Brantome, pretty town, surrounded by the river, with boat trip (highly recommended, nice staff, information sheets in English, German and Spanish), and from there Bimbillou Museum, bar and food truck-shady island in the middle of the river.

Very nice quiet house with two large bedrooms. There were a few basic products missing in the kitchen (oil, salt, sugar, etc.). Note that this accommodation is located in an agricultural environment (market gardening), with the possibility of tractors being present.

A big thank you to Sylvette for hosting us and for her discretion. A peaceful place to gather in peace and quiet and enjoy the cottage and private pool! The location is perfect between Perigueux and Bergerac! Thanks again to Sylvette and I would fully recommend the cottage.

What a wonderful spot to get away! Truly beautiful views and if you like to hear the birds, this a must stay. Very quiet for sleeping. Lots of space for us to spread out in the large kitchen area and the outside covered patio. Conveniently located near Perigueux, 15 minutes to most services. Please note: There are steep stairs to the upper level and you walk through one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom to get to the third bedroom. Second bathroom on upper floor. Worked just fine for our family. Lots of lovely paths for walking. Laura and her family are lovely. Definitely recommend.

Cozy accommodation in the heart of Périgord Noir in a peaceful environment. Beautiful area and magnificent terrace. Lydia and Julien are very friendly and despite a long holiday weekend, they insisted on coming to see if everything was okay for us. Welcome with a bottle of wine. Linen and sheets that smell wonderfully good. On the other hand, the WiFi is a little slow for teleworking. I recommend it.

This is probably the best Airbnb we have stayed at and there have been a few. Spacious, very well equipped with lots of little extras such as coffee pods and biscuits. Huge comfy bed. The location couldn’t be more central yet it is very quiet even on market day which is right outside the door! Thanks Isabelle.

Everything went well, the accommodation was faithful to what we expected! The location is central and the apartment is clean and well-equipped. Arrival and departure are easy, with a key box. We recommend it no problem!

I loved this stay in Perigueux. Renée was really accommodating, always ready to help. Communication is very fluid. The apartment has even more charm than in the photos, you feel very good there! We loved our apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and right next to the beautiful Perigueux Cathedral. Parking on the street was very easy. The apartment met every need. The bed was great, and the area was quiet. The best was the responsiveness of the management team….they were quick, kind and professional. We had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, and it was managed immediately. We managed those 13th century stairs, and we are in our early 70’s! Highly recommend, and would book again with this management team. I feel like we stayed in a very unique property. Thank you for a great stay.
