Beachfront holiday rental in Notteri

Absolutely will recommend this to friends, the view , stunning. The space was perfect for our needs. Felt very safe with being in a gated area

The property is located a little off Villasimius, only about 600 m from the not very busy main road in a very quiet location. There are two directly adjacent properties, which are probably also vacation homes, but now in mid-October they were empty. Parking is right outside the front door. The living and dining area is very spacious, as is the master bedroom and the fenced garden area. All windows and doors are "secured" with mosquito nets. In the morning hours, however, very little to nothing flies and you can also have a wonderful breakfast in the beautiful garden :-) It is only a few hundred meters to the sea, although the nearest beach is not the most beautiful in the area. But you don't have to drive far to reach beautiful rocky sandy beaches, which were also not so heavily frequented at this time of year. Villasimius itself can be reached in 5 minutes by car. There are nice shops, restaurants and good Italian ice cream!!! Do

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

It was that place where you could let go all of your thoughts and just relax. Felt like a apartment where I could live in. It was well equipted from furniturers to beach gadgets. Nice garden and it was close to a smal hidden beach. We were satisfyed and can recommend to everyone.

A beautiful house with its own private access to a stone beach and within a walking distance from another sandy beach. Very quiet and offering lots of space for relaxing. Well-equipped, although strangely divided into two parts, kitchen with a dishwasher and gas stove. Beautiful sea view from the terrace and upstairs living room. The only inconvenience was a very narrow entrance gate to the property that required some effort and skill to enter with a bigger SUV.

What I’ll remember most about Luca’s house is how beautiful it was! The decor, furnishings and garden/yard were modern and well-kept. The house was extremely well equipped for cooking and also with beach gear. We loved the large outdoor dining table, and the outdoor showers too! We had 2 small children and the extremely private yard was large and lush with soft grass and many flowers! Perfect for playing! Now let’s talk about the beach. Very slow and private. The water is PRISTINE and clear blue! The kids collected sea glass every day. Luca provides beach towels, beach umbrellas and 3 different types of beach chairs/loungers (and multiples of each!) Luca was fast replying to messages and helping with check in/out. He even met us there late at night after our flight and showed us around. 100% recommend!!!

It's hard to find the right words to describe the breathtaking atmosphere you experience in this incredible place. Every hour of the day offers different colors and sensations. The property is wonderful and well cared for in every respect: the garden is full of different plants and flowers, the sea view is unparalleled, the BBQ is exciting, the apartment is very clean, perfect and equipped with every comfort, it is like being at home... but in a beautiful and unique place. Peace is total, it is the exact place to be able to disconnect and enjoy a few days of total relaxation. The nearby beaches are all incredible and easily accessible. Do you have a dog? This accommodation is perfect for you! The main advantage, however, is another: Alessandra and Maurizio were two available, caring and kind hosts: it was a pleasure to meet them. We look forward to coming back!

We had a lovely stay with Patrizia in a beautiful cottage. She was friendly and always instantly responsive, the cottage was perfect and she even provided snacks fruit and Prosecco upon flexible check in. Could not recommend this Airbnb or the gorgeous surroundings enough - it made our trip!!!

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

Beautiful house steps away from the beach. All the comforts you need and a spacious, well-equipped home. Easy to park the car in front of the house gate. We went there in December so there was no neighbor, we were able to enjoy the terrace and its peaceful and well-maintained environment.

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

We felt very comfortable in the lovingly furnished house and the view is amazing. Communication with Gabriele is straightforward and fast. The house was best suited for groups of 8 or 9 people.

The location of the house is magnificent with an incredible ocean view. Seeing the sunset from the terrace is stunning. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable, the bathrooms comfortable and renovated, the modern kitchen and very well equipped with everything you need. Cala Caterina beach is very quiet and practically exclusive, recommended for lounging, swimming or snorkelling. It is minutes from other wider and more beautiful beaches such as Porto Giunco, and also from Villa Simius with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Roberto, the host of this beautiful place, was very friendly and helpful, from the first moment always attentive that we did not lack anything, really a personalized attention. We had a great vacation in this house, and it met all our expectations. We highly recommend it.

Sitting on the terrace, the sea in front of you and hearing it in bed, a short walk and you are on the beach, Michele's house is perfect for a relaxing time.

Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

The apartment is tastefully decorated, offers a wonderful view over the bay, was very clean and quiet. We were already happy with the air conditioning at the end of May, as it was humid and warm. With the bicycles you can quickly reach Villasinius, the Spiaggia giunta, on Cap Carbonara. The nearest beach can be reached quickly on foot. We ate well and abundantly at the Villa Beach restaurant, which is nearby.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

The location is stunning, so many great beaches nearby. The home is comfortable and secure, facilities to relax inside and outside. Paolo was a phenomenal host and so attentive and helpful throughout our stay. It was a truly magical holiday we had here.

Marco's place is located next to the Notteri pond in an area of rare beauty, quiet and sheltered, from where beautiful walks to the beaches or points of interest start. The house is cozy and perfect for relaxing on vacation, Marco is a very kind host who with the help of his collaborators (Marina) helped us with our every need.

Amazing spot on a road between the marina and the beach! The Beach behind the flamingo lake (the flamingos were there every afternoon) was all that you would hope for! The little shop at the top of the road had plenty to keep you going. There was a summer bus running every hour back and forth between the town and the top of the road. The little house was spot on, everything you would need and a lovely roof terrace for eating dinner under the stars.
