Beautiful place , free of clutter and very friendly host

My time on Portobello Road was one of the loveliest travel experiences I’ve had—personally or professionally. The hosts are fantastic: warm, responsive, and quick to address any questions or issues that came up as I settled into the flat. The apartment itself exceeded expectations—it’s even better than the photos. Thoughtfully furnished, full of artistic flair, and a world away from those soulless, cookie-cutter IKEA rentals. It feels like a real home.The layout is ideal, with a bath and a half and a brand-new tankless water heater, which means strong water pressure and plenty of hot water—no worrying about a five-second shower. I lived there across two seasons and can attest that it’s delightfully warm in winter and cool and breezy in summer. You’ll love coming home here after a day wandering through Notting Hill, the best neighbourhood in London. The flat is perched above their charming, family-run women’s designer boutique, and the building itself is a landmark—a striking turquoise

Wonderful stay in Notting Hill! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just steps from the market and a bus stop just outside. It is so central and convenient, in a beautiful neighbourhood. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place nestled in the West Ken/Hammersmith area. Very walkable with convenient tube stations and bus stops very close by. The home itself is beautiful - the glasshouse and garden sitout are incredible. Shane and Jedidias were amazing hosts and we look forward to coming back to this gorgeous property!

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

Miki is extremely helpful and responsive to our queries. She helped us to find a close by parking lot as well. The apartment is warm, clean and plenty of coffee for the guests. The apartment is close to tube stations although it’s about 15 to 20 minutes walk.

I have stayed here three times and call it my home in London. And I consider Andrew to be a cherished friend. The space is charming and tranquil. If a lofted bed bothers you, go somewhere else and I will gladly take you week! The terrace out front is bomb! The proximity to the best pubs and restaurants in Kensington is amazing here. Kensington Gardens are steps away. I cherish this little spot and Andrew has no equal as a generous and dear host.

We had a great stay at Wesley’s place. It’s located in a very nice and walkable neighborhood and very close to the tube and buses. The bed was very comfortable and the house had plenty of space. The shower had great hot water and water pressure and it was really helpful to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Wesley was a great host, quick communication and checked in to see if we needed anything or had any questions. He also let us get into the house in early, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend staying here when visiting London.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, lovely, and impeccably clean, making it a comfortable home base for our trip to London. The location was perfect, close to all the sights yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The host was incredibly flexible and worked with us to accommodate a special request, responding quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness truly made our experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London and would love to stay here again in the future!

Incredible place, an actual home shared with care and respect exactly the way this platform was originally intended for. Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

Ideal location close to local cafes, restaurants, and vintage shopping. Highly recommend! Fantastic loft that felt very homey and beautiful decor. We especially enjoyed the rooftop deck. Will absolutely be back again!!

The mattress and bed pillows are very comfortable—the best we’ve had in our Airbnb experience. Walkable to Ealing Broadway for every kind of shopping, and only one block to North Ealing station. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts are quick to respond and very helpful.

We loved our stay at Anna's cozy cottage. It was exactly as advertised. And the surrounding neighborhood of Brackenbury Village is a charming and walkable area with coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. It's also a short walk from the Hammersmith and Ravenscourt tube stations. Anna was a responsive and thoughtful host and we would definitely recommend her!

We loved our stay in this very light and cheerful flat between Kensington High Street and Earls Court tube station. The location is ideal for public transport as well as shopping and walking in Holland Park. The amenities were first class. The host’s response was instant. The extra touch of flower pots made it very welcoming. We hope to return!

The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and spacious - exactly as described. The overall experience was smooth and comfortable. Sai was incredibly responsive and kind, with excellent communication throughout. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Super stay at Amadeus’! Quaint garden flat in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Earls Court tube station. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large with great water pressure! No complaints, we’d certainly come back.

Bottom Line Up Front: The location is fabulous. Earls Court is, of course, convenient to both branches of the District Line and to the Piccadilly line, which give you access to most of London. Flying into Heathrow? Just hop on the tube there and you carried quickly to Earls Court. We have done that multiple times. What sets this apart from other Earls Court flats is the specific location, backing straight onto the gorgeous Philbeach Gardens. Step out the back door and you are in a private park for residents only. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable, and at night dark and quiet. Hot water is hot and plentiful. The hosts responded quickly to concerns. We will be back.
