Beautiful Breeze Cottage sits among the stunning hills of the Dargle Valley. It overlooks 3 tranquil dams, rolling pastures and an indigenous forest. There are cattle and horses in the fields, abundant bird life to enjoy and peacefulness to breath in. It's the perfect place to recharge while escaping the pressures of city life and with the Midlands Meander on our doorstep you can be as busy or as quiet as you choose. The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.

Forest Falls Treehouse

Enjoy the serenity of nature on the edge of the Umgeni Valley. Conveniently placed less than 10 minutes away from Hilton Village. This is no normal cottage. Our Forest Falls Treehouse is built at the confluence of two streams. Perched amongst trees, birds are constant visitors while shy nyala often make an appearance. This self-catering cottage can be reached after a short walk in an indigenous forest down steep stairs built into a cliff face. Meals can be purchased through prior arrangements.

Prestwick-on-Gowrie, Gowrie Farm, Nottingham Road

Prestwick-on-Gowrie is a beautifully appointed self-catering homestead on the picturesque and secure Gowrie Farm Golf Estate in the KZN Midlands. With magnificent views of Clubhouse Dam, the golf course, farm and its own championship standard putting green, this home is a magical holiday rental for families, friends, golfers and conference parties. Bourne View is a spacious, welcoming, 2 bedroom home in Gowrie Village. It is a short walk to coffee shops and gym, and yet gives a feeling of being in the countryside. The uninterrupted views from the enclosed verandah with sliding glass doors, offer a peaceful space to relax or listen to birds. The garden is a rare feature that sets the house apart from many village homes. The Cosy Nook at Bourne View is a separate unit with its own entrance and garden. It will be bookable from July.

Caracal Lodge @ the Hilton Bush Lodge

Enjoy life in the African bush with the beautiful Hilton Village just minutes away. Located at the Hilton Bush Lodge, bordering the famous Hilton College, Caracal Lodge sits among trees opening to spectacular views of the Rietspruit and Umngeni valleys. Listen closely and you will hear the rush of the Riets Waterfall, even better, take a walk through the bush and enjoy the falls first hand! If you're after something closer to home, wonder a few steps out back and enjoy the lodges pool.

Swissland Chalet, is on a cheese farm, Known and Swissland Cheese or Swissland Pik Nooks Midlands tourist route, close to Michaelhouse School. This quaint chalet has the most amazing views, overlooking natural bush and open valleys. It is a very tranquil, quiet and perfect place to unwind. In addition to this comfortable 2-bedroom double Storey chalet, it has a secluded rock pool, a step away from the front door. The farm road is 2.5km and a steep climb, low cars are not recommended.s
