Come and enjoy a peaceful stop in Salbris, in the heart of Sologne. I welcome you to a 30 m2 apartment, upstairs with independent access and a private terrace of 14 m2. The accommodation includes a bright living room with equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom and an entirely new bathroom. Ideally located 400 meters from the train station and 5 minutes' walk from the city center, you will have access to all amenities (market, shops, bookstore, supermarkets, Church ...).

In a cul-de-sac near the Sauldre, a stone's throw from the village, this small independent farmhouse will be a very pleasant place to stay for a couple, a family with children, friends traveling together or for one or more professionals on a mission in the region. "Chez Santia" is ideal for 2 people but possible for 4.

Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

Gîte 7km from Lamotte - 85 m2 - castle view

Welcome you to the Gîte de Montfranc, 7 km from Lamotte Beuvron and the equestrian center. Our very comfortable 85 m2 house is located in the outbuildings of a typical Solognese property with a view of the castel, in a relaxing setting surrounded by greenery and woods. The gîte sleeps 5 comfortably and up to 7 using the sofa bed. ATTENTION: shower rooms not secured.

Pondside Lodge

Come and relax in our lodge, fully equipped with reversible air conditioning, by a pond, on the edge of the Sologne, at the gates of the Château de Chambord and the Loire by bike. You can take advantage of our pond to take a few small boat rides, to fish (for free) or to rest on the terrace, facing the surrounding nature.
