Gîte with pool in the green hart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into a self-contained studio with all amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree holiday; open space with kitchen, seating area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be released. In a separate piece of garden, there is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

Charming quiet house on the heights of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre. Possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The house also has a large terrace and garden, on which you can enjoy an outdoor lounge, sunbeds and barbecue. All basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.

I will be happy to welcome you here, our small village is located 10 km from Montluçon, however you will need to bring some food, the first shop being 5 km away in the village of Quinssaines (bakery), a little further in Huriel, several shops (bakery, tobacco shop, banks, etc.), the largest town being Montluçon you will find everything you need there...
