Holiday rentals with beach access in Nouvelle-Aquitaine

We had a very good stay, apparently quiet and pleasant, all comforts!

Had a great time at this place! The apartment is as described, very clean, well-equipped and conveniently located. The real highlight is the view of the sea: absolutely incredible, especially at sunset. A real happiness on a daily basis. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host was very responsive and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A very central and comfortable apartment on the first floor. The location at the market and close to good coffee shops and restaurants is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, a nice shower and use of a plug in fan for hot evenings. The second bedroom is smaller but we didn’t use this. Baby facilities of a cot, changing table etc also very useful. Thank you Clotilde!

The most magnificent setting, right on the beach. From morning swims to sunset drinks - what a fantastic place!

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Lovely little gite in the most stunning area at the foot of the castle and overlooking a walnut orchard. Close to many towns and areas of outstanding beauty and interest such as La Roque-Gageac and the ancient fort, Gran Roc with its incredible caves and Salat. Very peaceful place to stay with a delightful bistro 5 minutes walk and walking distance to the river and beach/canoe hire

We liked Caroline and Emmanuel's accommodation very much! We especially liked the proximity to the beach and the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts. You can tell that Caroline and Emmanuel are passionate hosts. We would come back any time!

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of the bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good starting point to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

Fantastic hosts, Laurent and Carole could not have done more to make us feel welcome. Amazing welcome package, well appointed kitchen, lovely pool and an abundance of towels. They were very helpful with recommendations and came to say farewell. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Very well located apartment (on the beach and close to the city center by bike), well arranged and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the balcony which is nice (and perfectly oriented to enjoy the sunset). The parking space and bicycles are very nice. Our host was very responsive and we were greeted by his parents who were charming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We thank Valérie for her responsiveness and kindness, who welcomed us and gave us useful information. We took full advantage of the panoramic terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the basin and the possibility of filling up with iodine air in peace. The location of the apartment makes it possible not to use the car and to be in the city center in a short 1/2 hour walk.

Second stay, clean and pleasant accommodation even in bad weather. Matches the listing. Nothing to say, a safe bet.

Great loft a few steps away from the main street, restaurants, boulangerie, and the main surfing beach. Perfect for longer stays. The parking spot is a convenient bonus. The place is very well-designed, super clean, and fully equipped with top quality appliances and furnishing. Wifi worked really well. Jean-Louis is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Apartment in a very good location. The layout and decor are great. Everything is done to make you feel good. It was very clean and very well equipped. Magnificent view of the estuary with a balcony for aperitifs and meals outside. Excellent place and if we have to rent again in Royan we will go back.
