We love the stay. The condo is very nice, with impeccable swimming pool. Very wooded, easy to find. Even the neighbors were very cordial. The friendly and proactive condominium team to make you feel at ease. The hosts gave us tips and delivered the apartment completely tailored to our needs. We did the auto checkin and it was a great experience. Without a doubt, we will be back. It's well worth it if you want to rest and at the same time not miss any of the attractions of Nova Friburgo.

Wonderful place, comfortable apartment, cozy, nature present, a relaxing look, extremely attentive and polite staff on site, the family very available in the information and in the welcome. Easy access facilities and amenities and can be reached on foot. Many places to visit, but to get away from the rush, even staying alone is enough for days of peace and silence. The pool is delicious to enjoy as a family, with a beautiful look. Hosts with detail in the home when welcoming us. I really recommend it, it's worth it.

The location is great. The condominium was very nice and was all decorated with Christmas decorations. The kids loved it. The host responded quickly and left very clear instructions, which meant we didn't need to contact him during our stay. The apartment is the same as the listing. The condominium staff are very kind and helpful. We can only thank you for your hospitality. Everything was perfect.

The second time hosted in Kenia's space and once again, delighted with everything! The apartment is impeccable – clean, organized and cozy. The condominium has a swimming pool, porter and parking, ensuring comfort and safety. In addition, the location is excellent, with restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend it!

Perfect apartment. Equipped with everything you need, perfect location, close to the Center, Country Club, Arp Space and Olaria's intimate fashion hub. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Just perfect!

The district is right next to the Cônego, which has excellent dining options. The condominium is very quiet, familiar. Mr. Ricardo is solicitous, complied with our TV requests to watch Oscars and Samba Schools Parade, but Friburgo is difficult to signal even for what is not open TV. I recommend mirroring your laptop with your subscription if you want channels beyond those of the house, in our case that worked super well on the living room's smart TV and we watched the Oscars through the G1 right to the TV in the room. Super easy.

I stayed from Saturday to Sunday for my nephew's birthday. The space is very cozy and has everything you need. Very warm shower. Flexible check-in. I liked it a lot. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

We are very pleased with the trip in general. Everything took place very quiet during the period of our visit to Teresopolis. Location otima, we are well accommodated, the apartment is exactly like the photos. It was super easy to find the place, easy access to trade in general. Extremely clean space, beautifully decorated, bedding and baths smelling and comfortable, all utensils and appliances in the kitchen. Granja Brasil complete condominium, quiet, pleasurable, coffeemaker, restaurants in the space itself facilitates a lot. Simple, easy and uncomplicated check in and check out. The house was very clean and very cozy, although there are no shops around, the mall is very close, as well as the lagoon, which is the most beautiful part of Macae. I would recommend it, Anita was very attentive and everything was impeccable

I had a great experience in Teresópolis. The building is historic and very old, but the apartment has been completely renovated. The highlight is undoubtedly the location, as it is possible to access several restaurants, bars and tourist spots in the city just by walking.

The accommodation, without a doubt, was the best I've ever stayed in the area. I highlight the balcony with sea view and the possibility of running on the beach, in addition to the excellent communication with the hostess. Not to mention the practicality of the apartment that has practically everything, making the guest feel at home. The stay successfully exceeded expectations.

For those who want to enjoy Rio das Ostras as a city and not only point to Praia this apartment is the PLACE. Great location, close to a great mall, Atacadao, bakeries, shops... and not to mention the host Luiz who is a super polite and helpful man and sells his handmade coffee that is a spectacle 😀 Your apartment is complete with air, fan, smart TV and another in the bedroom ( which is super difficult to achieve nowadays), gas shower and full kitchen. family condominium with everything that is entitled. our only compliments. We love and will come back several times. Thank you ❤️

This was my second time staying in this apartment and once again the experience was great! The space is super cozy, very well taken care of and offers all that is needed for a comfortable stay. The recreational areas, especially the pools, are wonderful and perfect for relaxing. The security of the condominium is also a great differential, which made me feel even more relaxed throughout the stay. The cleanliness of the site is impeccable, really without any defects, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The hostess, Monica, is easy to communicate, always very attentive and careful in every detail to provide the best experience for the guest. Undoubtedly, a place I recommend with my eyes closed and to which I intend to return again and again!
