Cottage holiday rentals in Nova Iguaçu

We were in a group of 18 people to spend Christmas and we all had an excellent experience at the site. Communication with Joana is quick and clear. The staff are polite and we'd like to highlight Mr. Edson, who welcomed us very warmly and was very kind with the activities. The facilities of the site are great, the gourmet area is a star apart, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen with all the utensils. We all had a wonderful time! The rain makes the journey a little difficult because it is still on the ground, with some holes in the road, but we managed by driving carefully. I suggest having a popcorn maker, we took ours, for rainy days and a movie at night and it was a success!!

Maria is just amazing! Extremely attentive, friendly and thoughtful. From the beginning, when we closed the house, she was always very kind, explaining everything clearly and worrying about our well-being. We went with two babies and she showed special care regarding mosquitoes (which are many) and their comfort. A wonderful person who made all the difference in our experience! About the house, the rooms were impeccably clean and organized. The kitchen is located in the outdoor area of the house, next to the barbecue. The pool and whirlpool are simply perfect, a true invitation to relaxation! Too bad the weather didn't help and because of that we didn't take much advantage of the pool and unfortunately we couldn't see the waterfall because it rained throughout the stay, but that only left us even more excited to come back on a future opportunity. An experience that we definitely want to repeat on a sunny day! Highly recommended!

It is a house surrounded by nature and waterfalls, carefully decorated and well equipped. The weather changes quickly, oscillating between heat and cold. We went in the summer and it was still quite cold at night, and it is recommended to bring proper clothes. The 4 master bedrooms are great, there is only TV in one of them . Three are suites, the other with double bed has fireplace and one bathroom next door, which also serves for a fifth bedroom, small with a double bed. In the larger room, with a beautiful glass bathroom, there is air conditioning and ceiling fan. We don't need the air conditioning because it was cold at night, but when we try to use it, we found that it wasn't freezing. The refrigerator in the indoor kitchen is also not in the best condition, but in the end it took care of the message. The hydro is wonderful and warm, but it takes hours to warm up. The hosts are nice, thoughtful people, the caretaker is discreet and competent. It was a wonderful stay.

We spent the New Year in a group of friends and everything went well! The house is great, very well taken care of. The swimming pool and play area were the most used spaces in the house. Edson is a good host and responds quickly, we asked for help with the care of the house and hired Ana, who helped us a lot. The homemade Luciano tbm is very helpful, they were great! The only observation we make is that the access road to home is really complicated, as described in the listing and deserves additional attention if it is with children/babies: Bad road/one-way, dirt for about 40/50 minutes. I do not recommend going out at night, that is, it is a great place to arrive, leave the car parked and enjoy the house! Services are scarce in the region, it is important to take medicines also because the nearest pharmacy is in Miguel Pereira. Since access is difficult, in case of lack of light, it may take some time to return. The house has generator, courtesy first load and if necessary more diesel is charged separately.

The cottage is beautiful! It has a style that combines rustic and industrial, super charming and cozy. The location is very quiet, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. With the owner's guidance, Bruno, it was very easy to find the place. If it's raining, just be careful and go slowly, and access won't be a problem. Next to the chalet, there is a super friendly couple who offer delicious homemade meals for a great price. In addition to the wonderful food, they are extremely attentive.

Very good , total privacy, excellent space, everything I prepare to make the hosoedes feel at ease . Luciano , very attentive , the Gps , indicated the wrong path, however, Luciano , quickly answered me and stayed with me until he arrived at the house . Thank you , the end of semava was wonderful.

Micha is a great host! Friendly and full of experiences to share since he is a world traveling photographer with great projects. He is easy going and gives you the space you need and knows the community very well. So you can meet a friendly neighborhood. The place is located in a remote neighborhood in the jungle and takes a while to get there but he has retro VW golf you can use. His place is full of art and you have absolut peace with a great collection of vinyls. It’s a must go for every art and nature lover who is looking for a couple days/weeks of peace and small community. 10/10 recommend

The house is in a quiet, quiet and quiet place, with a stream in the back that, despite the somewhat difficult access, is worth the visit. The rooms, in general, are very good, with the exception of one upstairs, close to the roof, which was quite hot, and another on the ground floor, which had an odor, possibly due to the closet or carpet. The condominium waterfall is a great differential and worth the visit. The barbecue area is well equipped, and the tub/jacuzzi adds a special touch to the stay. We had some problems with power outages, especially on the first night, when we went more than four hours without light. The hostess was always attentive and responded quickly to our messages. Overall, the listing is very good and worth the accommodation.

Staying at the site indu was an amazing experience, I felt at peace, with a beautiful view of the mountains, natural swimming pool on the edge of the house, noisy river all day. And at the same time, it is only a 20-minute drive from the center of Miguel Pereira. I loved the experience and recommend it to everyone ♥️

Comfortable house, place like photos. My family and I had days of peace immersed in nature (which was our purpose) were very happy with the attention of the host who perfectly described the site.

The Limoeiros site located in the middle of nature provides peace and privacy. A true harmonious refuge, which provides a unique experience. The carefully planned architecture combines modern comfort with a rustic charm, offering cozy and functional spaces that have met our needs. Every moment we spent turned into a valuable memory. Carlos thought very carefully about how to welcome the guests, with the homemade João as support note 10. Wonderful stay, we'll definitely be back.

Simply amazing! The place is perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy nature. All very clean, organized and with that good smell of a tidy house. The outdoor area is sensational: volcanic stone pool, gourmet top area with barbecue and an amazing movie theater! Large canvas, perfect sound and super comfortable armchairs – better than cinema. The host, Carlos, was super attentive, always responding quickly and making everything easier for us. We love every second of our stay and are already counting the days back! Super recommend with my eyes closed!

We went to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday! Everything was perfect! Large place with a very good leisure area, accommodated very well all who wanted to sleep. I thank José and Daniel who were very helpful and kind from the reservation until the last day. Super recommended!

What a wonderful place! Mr. Gilberto and his son Felipe are great hosts! The canto do sabiá is a wonderful place, contact with nature, the chalet we stayed in is well cared for, clean, and the place is a spectacle in itself, with a wonderful waterfall passing through the property that leaves us breathless! Everything was wonderful, I didn't even want to leave! A place for you to go and enjoy the fresh air and contact with nature! I'm leaving with lemon and tangerine grown on the farm by Mr. Gilberto and eggs that he himself picks from his chicken coop, all wonderful! I hope to be able to return soon and spend more days, as it was too little to enjoy all the peace and hospitality that was provided to us, I have not spent such a wonderful time like this, what a place, what a beauty, what care! I wish all the best to Mr. Gilberto and his son Felipe, who welcomed us so warmly. Felipe even took us to the traditional tomato festival.

Great location. Very clean space, with natural landscape, very well organized house and infrastructure that served us very well. Fernanda and Ítalo's service was excellent, always helpful and they answered all our questions. I recommend it, especially for families. We will definitely be back!

Second time at Sítio 5 Irmãos. The family loved it, only compliments: organization, cleanliness, silence, peace and the legitimate contact with nature, where the air is purer and life seems to pass more slowly. Maria Letícia was an excellent host, kind, proactive, empathetic and responding quickly to demands. The caretaker Zezinho is also a great person, accessible, courteous and polite, always ready to meet the demands of urban people. Zezinho and Maria Letícia are top notch! A super nice family experience! We love it!!!!

Sandra is an exceptional host! Super attentive and responds quickly. The house is great, spacious with all kitchen utensils, including for barbecue. The birds are a spectacle apart! The condominium is very quiet, well maintained, clean and organized. It's a great place for those who want to enjoy nature with family tranquility.

The place is exactly as described. spacious, clean. At check-in we were greeted by Raquel's parents, very friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped. The caretaker came every day to clean the pool and collect the garbage. Bakery nearby, market too. You can walk to the center. My family was very pleased with the accommodations. It met our expectations.

These were incredible days in this place and in this wonderful home, which, incredible as it may seem, is even more charming in person. There is absolutely nothing negative to declare! It is a true getaway to nature, in a safe and welcoming environment. The house is fully equipped, and the host, Michel, exceeds all expectations . Flexible, considerate and fine people. It was a wonderful weekend in this amazing place! The beauty of the place, the impeccable accommodations and the extremely attentive reception we received from Josana, with no words to thank! We made a beautiful campfire to enjoy a delicious evening of cold, you are to be congratulated in every way.

The house is very nice, it is inside a delightful condominium with a waterfall. The natural pool is exactly as shown in the pictures, we enjoyed the space a lot and we intend to return! Only observation: cell phone signal is not good and the Internet, although most of the time constant, we were without signal a few moments (lasted around 1h/1h30 without signal).
