Great area and beautiful place

The apartment is extremely well located, with a supermarket in front, and several restaurants. The lobby of the building is very kind and helpful. Pude enjoy the comforts of the condominium such as the gym and the ballroom. Ana was very present in all our communications and helped us a lot with our needs.

The apto is complete, has a gas stove, fridge, utensils, cable TV, iron, hairdryer, the shower is good. The only noise is the noise: during the working days there is noise at peak times because it is located in a central area of the city, for those who want a quiet place maybe this is not the ideal place. It is 3 blocks from Shopping Cidade, 1 block from the supermarket, 1 block of the burger king and the subway, 1 block of selfservice laundry, there is a bus stop at the door, a cafeteria just across the street. In addition, there is still the building's gym, which although small, you can break a branch. It is up to each one to evaluate the cost benefit. It was perfect for me! Adriana, who cleaned up, and the people of the concierge are fine people! It would return again for sure!

Fabulous place to stay in Belo Horizonte. Easy to find, and in a great location. Super clean, lots of outlets, amazing view, and an amazing deck!!! It felt awesome to get to stay.

This apartment exceeded expectations! The space is completely renovated, organized, comfortable and receptive. Starting with fast and effective communication: we asked for flexibility at checkout and we were able to combine it in order to take advantage of it until the last day. Not to mention the reception team that welcomed us with joy and solicitude from check-in to check-out: the business card of the people of Minas Gerais that we will remember with affection. The apartment, with large windows and a balcony, received both morning and afternoon sun, and the high floor provided a wide view of the neighborhood. Even with a lot of sun, the air conditioning worked very well. We worked with the apartment's Wi-Fi, which reached all the rooms. In the end, being so close to important points of the city and great bars and restaurants, I feel that we did not enjoy the apartment as much, and in the next stays in the city we will definitely return to this one. It is difficult to beat the good location, service and comfort.

The Studio is excellent, everything is new and tasteful. The social, work and leisure spaces are perfect. Check-in was flexible and the building is very safe and beautiful.

Excellent stay, the apartment is great, well equipped and well located. The building staff are extremely kind.

I stayed a week at this place. It's a very big house with a huge garden both front and back. It was quiet and close to the things I needed (gym, bakery, restaurants) and just a bus ride away from the center or the hills. Recommend.

From the booking, during and after, Rita was always very attentive and helpful. The place is wonderful, everything is very clean, cozy and fresh, close to everything, it's really worth it! We'll come back more often. Loved it!!!!!

Great accommodation, very nice and well-guarded house, very comfortable mattresses. Bus and taxi stop at 50 m; pharmacy, supermarket and bakery at about 200 m; very close to the center, bars and restaurants.

Our stay at Casa “Aldeia” was simply unforgettable. Located in a gated community, the place offers total security and beautiful natural landscapes. The feeling of peace is immediate: lying in the hammock on the balcony, listening to the birds singing and feeling the breeze between the trees, was a real gift for the body and mind. The host Leonidas was extremely kind and attentive, always willing to help and ensure that everything was perfect. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Sandra, whose kindness and care made all the difference.
