Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nova Petrópolis

Emilene's house is exactly as in the photos, very comfortable, spacious living room and kitchen, a great wood stove in the kitchen and a very comfortable bed. We felt at home. It is a 5-minute drive from downtown Nova Petrópolis. I definitely recommend it!!!

10/10 in all categories: this is the rating and our feeling the minute after we hand over the key at checkout. Everything was perfect! Gabriel's house is faithful to the photos posted on Airbnb. Everything is very organized, clean and with very tasteful decoration. In addition, the host is very attentive, polite and available, which made a huge difference in the reception and the affection with which we were received (me, my husband and my elderly parents). There is parking in front of the house, a good bed - a differential for 2 suites, a hot shower, and an equipped kitchen... There is space for a special dinner - since the concept is open (kitchen and living room); a fire in the balcony fireplace; a special movie in the bedroom; or a card game at the dinner table. The location is great and a few kilometers away there is a well-stocked grocery store. Thanks Gabriel!

Our experience in the house was wonderful. The hosts welcomed us in a very kind and welcoming way, and gave us all the necessary information for our stay. The place is beautiful, super organized, very clean and just as the pictures show. In addition to the breathtaking view, the house is very well prepared, with everything we need for a short stay. Fernanda was super flexible with schedules, responding promptly to our messages. Everything is wonderful!

Gratitude! This word defines our stay at Casa do Jardim. We were very well received by Cristian and the house. We were looking for a place where we could rest, relax, reflect on life and spend incredible moments, and in this house, we certainly achieved more than expected. We liked it so much that we've already booked to come back again. The decoration, the fireplace and the Cocó (quota) and the Lince (cat) were the icing on the cake. Gratitude for this amazing experience. I recommend it too much.

The calendula house is a great place to rest. It has a great location! Everything is impeccably organized for our comfort and peace, the silence that exists in the place is incomparable. It is well equipped and has enough utensils for a quiet stay. It has easy access and is close to restaurants, as well as the ease of going to the city center. The hosts are also very kind and attentive. And at this time, it is on the side of Tricofest, and yet it remains in that wonderful silence. We love the place and certainly want to return.

The hostess was very attentive and helpful, always available to ask questions and make sure everything went well during the stay. The bed is comfortable, the shower is good. The apartment is across the street from a market and an amazing bakery and attractions. The apartment was clean and had all the list amenities. Kitchen was well equipped and the laundry area had decent space to hang dry laundry. The apartment is very spacious and the host allowed us to move the beds around for a baby and also provided us with fresh sheets because of our longer stay. The apartment has great water pressure in the kitchen and shower. The apartment feels alright in the summer without AC and provided fans as the walls are concrete.

The location was perfect for resting but at the same time easy to get to the center. A completely impeccable place, there is no better word for it. Perfect place! Hosts Vanderlei and Luiz put on a show of kindness and sympathy. They facilitated my group's check-in and stored our bags until later. Ah! They respond super fast too. The apartment is extremely well equipped, with everything working perfectly. When we arrived, there was a bag with jam, toast and tea. Very thoughtful! We went as 4 people and the environment was perfect, even though there was only one bathroom. The condominium and the region are also a show, a place full of trees. One confusion I had was whether the living room spaces, shown in the photos, were private or part of the condominium. In fact, everything is private, in the photos it looks bigger (not that the size is bad, it's more because in the photos it looks like a communal space, but it's not). It is an apartment, where the living room, kitchen, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom are downstairs. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine that contains the living room with sofa beds and the other bedroom with air conditioning. I highly recommend it and I would definitely come back.
