Our stay was wonderful, the host was very helpful and ready to respond and help at any time, and the place of residence is clean

It's the third time I've hosted this beautiful piece of art. Yes, the flat is all decorated with paintings and a super-differentiated chandelier. It is small, but it has all the necessary amenities and, because it is an environment without separations, it gives an idea of breadth and well-being. It is located on the ground floor and for those who, like me, have a heavy baggage, it takes a few steps to access the apartment. The house is very full and you don't have to worry about a thing! Host is very kind and helpful, offering various cleaning items, personal hygiene and cooking utensils. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and it is also steps away from one of the city's main shopping streets. In addition to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars always nearby! I would like to live there!

Clean house,enough all cooking utensils and washing clothes. Comfortable place to sleep. Close to public transportation (train). The host is very responsible and friendly.

It was pristine, so spotless and clean. Very spacious. It had all the amenities listed and had some very nice touches such as coffee, a bottle of water on arrival, laundry detergent and more. A very comfortable stay. A bit further from the centre and not much to do around locally that we could see on foot but very near train station which takes you to centre. Thank you!

The apartment and the environment are very clean and comfortable, even for six people. New furniture and useful accessories for the living room. We were impressed by the hospitality and kindness of the owner, who always responded to our needs in a very friendly manner. Always attentive to our requests and always ready to respond in a short time. We had a great time! We will gladly return.

We were in Novara for the Jehovah's Witnesses convention... the friendliness and sympathy of the owner as well as the splendid apartment, which was very clean and equipped with everything, made our stay really pleasant and peaceful... thank you very much...

We stayed 3 nights, we were 4 adults. We had a great time. Angelo is very helpful and thoughtful. The house has everything you might need. We brought everything, but there was no need. Parking is always available inside the gate of the building. Everything was perfect. Thank you for your hospitality.

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

There was a strike on the day we were traveling to Milan, and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to make the trip. Cinzia was incredibly helpful—she quickly responded and shared several alternative transportation options with us. She was very flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. The apartment itself was cute, cozy, and conveniently located close to the station. We really appreciated everything!

We had a beautiful stay at the apartment from Giancarlo. It was clean, cozy and nicely furnished. It was wonderfully air-conditioned and the balcony invited to relax in the evening. Public transport into the inner city was nearby as well as a supermarket. Everything was perfect for us. Grazie mille…

This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!

Francesca was amazing. Super helpful with everything. She met us at the apartment when we checked in, showed us into the building and where everything was in the apartment. She said we could use everything in the cupboards and fridge if we wished! It is located right in the heart of the lively Navigli area which has some great restaurants and bars. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Excellent stay! Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful area - perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. A special thanks to Mahinda, the concierge, who was incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend Leonardo’s nearby for great coffee and breakfast.

Very nice apartment, it is easy to find a parking space, the area is very quiet at night and you can sleep with the window open, which I like very much.

There was a little confusion at check in, but everything was quickly resolved in person with no drama. Just friendly communication. Very responsive host. No problems. Would stay again.

Friendly and helpful Paola was the perfect hostess. My sister and I were looking for peace and relaxation, and we really got it while sitting on the apartment balcony, surrounded by greenery and beauty, enjoying the magical evening sun. There is a lot to see and experience in the area. We returned home relaxed, with wonderful memories.

The accommodation is located above the village and therefore has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and also sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by a lot of meadow. We arrived with a child and were able to relax well.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The views are even better than the photos! It was absolutely beautiful, what a special place to stay. We loved the spa facilities too and the host was really friendly and helpful. Fully recommend!

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly in line with the description: clean, well decorated and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

This apartment is well equipped and its position on the lake is amazing. The views are stunning . You actually cant wait to come home at the end of the day.Andrea very efficient and helpful...Great swimming pool, and area felt like our own The local shops are great to use slightly more expensive than supermarkets in town but easy to walk to. Wine shop is the best thing ever. You can sample wine before purchasing and its so cheap. Take your own bottle for refill..C10 bus route top of road ,either way is great. 6 mins to Menaggio. Other way is towards Colico. Nice place called Sa Vito kite surfing area and Colico was also nice and not so touristy .
