conveniently located between the city centre and the university. well connected by train, tram and bus. sometimes the traffic noise from outside was a bit loud - car horns mainly. filippo was a helpful and accodating host.

We had an amazing time in Florence and Italy during our one-month stay! We absolutely loved the apartment and the neighborhood. It was so close to the city center, yet the area was quiet and peaceful, which was perfect for us. Everything we needed was within walking distance – shops, a park, and great restaurants. Silvia and Alessio, the hosts, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always ready to assist. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence – we will definitely be coming back! :)
