Welcome to our newly renovated studio apartment in Kutina. Ideal place for couples or solo travelers. The apartment has a French bed, a modern shower, a small kitchen and a coffee machine for a pleasant stay. The apartment is in a quiet part of the city center. Rules of the house: Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed, except small and calm ones. Maximum 2 guests and a child staying with parents in bed. Check-in from 2:00 p.m., check-out by 11:00 a.m. Please respect the quiet hours after 10:00 PM.

U neposrednoj blizini od 7 minuta hoda nalazi se granični prelaz te na nešto manjoj udaljenosti i sklop tržnih centara u kojima biste mogli predahnuti u nekim od lokalnih restorana ili kafića. New apartment with an amazing view on Vrbas river and hills of Banja Luka. The apartment is 9min walk from the city centre bustling with bars, restaurants, and bakeries yet tucked in a quiet neighbourhood for your comfort and enjoyment. You can enjoy in the walk along the river or even play tennis on the courts in front. The apartment is in the new building with an elevator. There is also fiber internet installed, and the connection is really good :)
