Sightseeing walks, in the forest, or by the water, here, everything is possible! Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.

Allows you to discover the region by enjoying the activities of the countryside (mountain biking, motorcycling that we practice), hiking etc. 2 hours from Paris, 2.5 hours from Lyon, 1.5 hours from Dijon and 45 minutes from Montbard TGV station. All shops within 6 km.

The accommodation is composed of a living room and a "parental bedroom" with shower in the bedroom. The property also has a veranda converted into a summer living room. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a secure outdoor parking space with an electric gate. The accommodation is 3 minutes from Chablis, 5 minutes from the A6 highway and 15 minutes from Auxerre.
