Thanks to Hurricane Harvey, we have a brand new place (we went down to concrete and studs after we lost the roof...) - This gave us the chance to address some earlier issues - we have new furniture, upgraded kitchen size, and a walk-in shower downstairs (a full tub is still upstairs!)We have a great villa only 5 mins walk from the beach - 2 queen bedrooms, a loft bedroom, 2 baths, and two futon couches. Full kitchen with all utensils/pots/pans/dishes/etc. Complex also has 2 pools.
