Perfect for entertaining. Also includes a new 2022 38 foot Spriingdale Park Model RV with two queen bedrooms and a fire place located inside of a covered barn. A stocked pond full of catfish and perch is at the rear of the property. Also just a short 5 minute drive to the Guadalupe River and Lions Park Dam.

You’ll love your time in our tiny home. 24 minutes away from Bandera Texas ( Cowboy Capital of the World) close to San Antonio, Helotes, and Boerne. Our little piece of paradise is located in Lakehills Texas in a one acre property with lakefront (but unfortunately the lake is dry). Enjoy a peaceful Hill Country getaway. Our cabin was built in 2022, with 240sqf a very quiet place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The space is available for camping, enjoy bird watching and our friendly deer.

Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.
