Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nuenen

What a gem! We were traveling as a family and needed a place that could accommodate a lot of people that was close to our event. This fit the bill perfectly. Accommodations were better than in photos. Twin bunk beds in large room with king bed. Two twins pushed together for a king in smaller room. Upstairs bathroom very spacious. Plenty of hot water. Several of us enjoyed the sauna. Nice outdoor area. Beautiful community. As is typical in this area, the staircase to the upstairs is very steep and curves. I think you’ll find this at any two story home in the area, but it may be a challenge for disabled or elderly travelers. Marcel was a pleasure to communicate with and offered great local suggestions. Flexible and responsive, we really appreciated it.

Probably the cosiest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Arthur & Ellis place is very very cozy, clean and spacious. The place has everything we needed (even things we didn’t know we needed :) ) and it has a very nice atmosphere. Arthur and Elli were very nice, helpful, welcoming and kind. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

We felt right at home here. Everything was great: the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, the living room was cozy and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was not large, but contains all the necessities. Nice and quiet suburban neighborhood, with grocery shopping close-by. Jorrit is really friendly and helpful with any questions you might have. We would definitely stay here again.

A lovely quiet neighborhood, nice garden and a complete house. Station and restaurants are close by. Bikes were great because with DDW everything was rented in the whole city. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and kind, and even accommodated a few special requests we had without hesitation. The location was excellent, a 5-minute walk and short bus ride to Eindhoven city center and the train station. Despite being so close to the center, the neighborhood was tranquil and peaceful, which we appreciated. We especially loved the bedroom’s high ceiling, large windows, and the beautiful round window above that filled the room with soft morning light. The sound insulation between rooms and floors was also surprisingly good; everything felt calm and private. We would stay here again!

We felt incredibly comfortable in the house. Great decor, comfortable beds, great garden to relax. A nice, quiet area. An absolute recommendation and a big thank you to Joost. We would come back.

Very nice accommodation for a trip to Eindhoven. Nice decor. Fully equipped and everything you needed was there. Lovely bed and lovely shower. Delightful garden where you can also sit under cover in the rain. Extras include the bicycles and the sauna that you can use. The center is within walking distance, easily accessible in about 25 minutes on foot according to the navigation. The shopping area of Woensel is about a 5-minute walk away, where you will find nice shops and the market on Saturdays. The contact with Bart, the host, was very good and fast. The instructions for the key cabinet, the wifi, use of the sauna were clear. Free parking nearby, which is very nice. Recommended for when you go to Eindhoven.

Clean accommodation, flexible check-in/out, very friendly hosts, city center easily accessible on foot, perfect for a city trip or a long weekend. :)

Erik was a wonderful host. Shared great instructions to find the place and met us there. Guided us through the house and very friendly and smiling face. The place was very close to walking areas, city center and restaurants. The house overall was clean, the bed was quite comfortable and the kitchen was useful. Accommodation faithful to the photos, very clean accommodation and with the amenities mentioned. Monica was available for check-in, no matter the time. Coffee was available, nice touch! 2 single beds joined together but with very comfortable bedding!

We were very kindly received. Maria gave a good tip for a tour of the house. It is a beautiful cottage located in a very beautiful garden that you share with the hosts. Very nice location! When we had questions, we were immediately helped. Definitely recommended!

I was travelling with my Mum (83) who has difficulty walking and our choice of Lukas' appartement was just perfect since it is easily accessable (no steps/ lift). the appartement was just as described, the "old city" is within walking distance and the train station is not far either. The kitchen is well equipped and Lukas was very attentive: we arrived in the evening and were welcome with next days' breakfast in the fridge (thanks again! ). The Boxspring bed is very comfi (and the appartement complex was really quiet ), the walk in shower with a choice of rainshower or "normal"... Communication was easy and Lukas always answered astonishingly quickly, check-in and -out as easy. All in all- a lot of good reasons to come back !

Sterre’s place was a delightful base in the old part of Grave. It was roomy, comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed an evening glass of wine on the little balcony overlooking the rooftops of the town. Sterre was lovely to deal with and we appreciated the treats she left for us. Top of our list for accommodation in the Netherlands.

A very nice place with outside the city. For me, it was the first time I really stayed in someone's house and after getting used to it, that was really good. It is a nice house, close to the center which has all the comforts. Jeske, Claire, Ania are all very friendly and helpful. Definitely would love to come back sometime.
