Holiday rentals with a patio in Nueva Andalucía

Nice apartment close to the beach, restaurants, taxis and busses. Exactly as described. A short bus ride or long walk to supermarkets, which we used every other day of our two week stay. Air conditioning worked great and it was nice to sit on the balcony in the morning and have coffee. The only negative thing I could say is that we only had two bath towels and one hand towel for the two of us for our entire stay so after a week I had to do a load of laundry. It took a long time to dry on the drying rack. It was easy to rent lounge chairs and an umbrella from the beach people. It was only 14 euros for the day. Tony is a great host and was always VERY responsive to our messages.

Amazing, beautiful flat with a huge outside space. Very comfortable, has everything you need. Host super helpful from start to finish, flexible with staying an extra day and able to help with various local queries we had. The kids loved the playground and the local chiringuito is a great amenity to have so nearby. Was exactly what we needed for our stay with our two kids, and two grandparents, easily enough space for the six of us. Very convenient for the wedding events we attended in east Marbella and the Benahavis foothills. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to be in the Marbella vicinity. Great value for money as well.

Very relaxing stay in a condo complex on the beach. Quiet neighbours and a very beautiful view from the rooftop patio to watch the ocean which we used mostly in the evening when the sun was going down and the temperature was cooler. The apartment was great with plenty of space and everything you need to make the stay enjoyable. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved using both the pool and the ocean to relax by every day. Easy 15 minute walk to "the village" with great restaurants or short trip into Marbella for more to explore. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the time in Marbella very much. In the apartment we felt at home and often sat on the balcony to have breakfast and enjoy the surroundings. Tudor was a very nice and helpful host who regularly inquired about us and gave us tips for things to do and restaurants. It was about a 1.5 kilometer walk to the beach and downtown, which did not bother us as we did not want to be in the middle of the tourist center. We would come back to Tudor's apartment any time.

Stunning apartment with equally stunning views of Marbella. The whole apartment is very spacious, especially the balcony. We had a wonderful stay here! The pool was nice as well, with plenty of sun throughout the day. The only downside, if I have to name one, is the fact that you can’t really walk anywhere - there are no shops or restaurants in walking distance, so a car is necessary. Everything you need is within 10 minutes driving, so perfectly accessible. The whole location is super peaceful and relaxing. The only “noise” we heard at times were from the neighbours with kids. Overall a wonderful experience staying in the apartment and we will likely be back another time.

It was literally living in a place close to heaven. It’s not only furnished with so much love, but also the attention to detail made it much more special. We were in awe upon our arrival, and found it hard to leave. We would like to recommend it to everyone, but it is so special, that we just might keep this as our best kept secret! From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They offered excellent recommendations, answered our questions with warmth and patience, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything is within walking distance. The way the villa is situated allows you to wake up to the gentle embrace of sunlight streaming through the windows, and ending the day with golden sunsets was pure magic. It is absolutely breathtaking. The thoughtfulness throughout made it easy to settle in and feel completely at ease, as if we were staying with dear friends. A stay so extraordinary, you’ll cherish every moment and never want to leave.

A stunning villa with a beautiful outdoor space/pool area. Good size rooms, comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms. A very attentive host, quick to respond and had no problem with us checking in early. Highly recommend.

We have just returned from a 13 day stay in this fantastic house. We really enjoyed the space, the peace, the view and the friendly people in the neighborhood. In a word: Ge-wel-dig! We will definitely come back.

Great accommodation in a great location

We had a wonderful experience at Laura’s beach house. The decor was as shown on the photographs posted. Beautiful. Simple. Boho. Modern. Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. The location was spectacular, where you open the back door and walk directly onto the beach. A masseuse was conveniently located right outside on the sand in a quaintly covered/private set up. (She was amazing and massages are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!) Delicious restaurants are walkable. Old town and shopping (La Canada/grocery stores) are all close by, as well. The host, Laura was helpful, kind and responsive wherever we had questions about activities in the area. All in all, I think it sums it up to note that my 9 year old didn’t want to leave, and neither did I. We hope to come back again. Our trip was perfect.

What a great apartment which was well appointed and very homely. Very peaceful complex and beautiful gardens. 2 minute walk to the supermarket across the road. Ticked all the boxes for what we wanted for a few days. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this property—The villa was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. The location was absolutely perfect, offering easy access to everything we wanted to explore. We spent most of our time on the expansive patio, where we could enjoy meals or just relax on the couches overlooking the beautiful grounds and ocean. It was the ideal spot to unwind. One unexpected benefit was the local manager, Lisa—she was incredibly helpful and super responsive, which made everything from check-in to local recommendations effortless. Also worth noting: the on-site pool grill was a pleasant surprise—good food, and having it so close to the villa was a big convenience. Thank you to Anne Lise for helping us make our trip such a memorable one! We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend if you are going to Marbella.

Siw’s apartment in El Paraíso is a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway. The apartment is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it feel welcoming from the moment you arrive. The quality of the furnishings stands out—everything is comfortable and thoughtfully chosen, from the cozy beds to the stylish living area and the fully equipped kitchen. One of the true highlights is the amazing pool area, which is beautifully kept and often peaceful, offering a perfect spot to unwind or enjoy a swim in the sun. With a spacious balcony and lovely garden/pool views, this apartment provides both comfort and a touch of luxury in a quiet neighborhood—highly recommended and we will return.

Beautiful apartment in the hillside! The pictures does not do the view justice. Incredible view over the city and plenty of outside space to enjoy it. A really quiet place to relax, only a short drive from the main city. Facilities were nice and well equipped. This apartment has everything for your stay, long or short. Beautifully furnished and clean apartment. I really liked the folder with all the information needed for our stay, as well as a guide to the places around town. I would 100% stay here again. Special thanks to our host who welcomed us and showed us around the apartment. He even stocked the fridge with some refreshments for us.

Very few airbnbs that we’ve stayed in are as clean and well considered as David’s apartment. He’s a great host, super responsive and gave us loads of recommendations. It’s really nicely furnished, has an amazing sun terrace and it’s pretty peaceful. You can walk to some bars and restaurants and even the beach if you’re feeling energetic. We had a buggy, and the stairs were tricky each time but we expected that.

Apartment and views are beautiful and exactly as per the pictures. We had to contact Karen a couple of times and she was really helpful and responsive. As you arrive, the apartment building is on a really busy road and we weren’t able to park so then had to circle back round and do (what felt at the time with kids and suitcases) a long walk from the car via the busy road to get to the apartment. But soon forgotten once inside. You have the most beautiful views over the sea and beach and such a lovely apartment with everything you need. We spent everyday on the beach and it felt really safe for our family. The boardwalk along the coast is lovely for a stroll, though for evenings we preferred taking the 20min drive to Mijas Pueblo. It’s a beautiful, sleepy mountain town and we found the food way better. Great stay and base with the best views for a relaxing beach holiday.

The apartment is beautiful. Spacious and very well maintained. Pretty much everything you need for your stay is provided. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony area is an amazing area for meals, drinks, sunbathing etc. Overlooking the pool area. The whole complex is very well maintained. The pool is lovely, sunbeds are available. We went out of the busy summer months so not sure how busy it does get, but while we were there it was nice and quiet. The surrounding area is ok. You really need a car to get around (or taxis) as there really is not much within walking distance. Saskia was amazing right from the booking. She sent us so much information ahead of our arrival and has created a brilliant folder of recommendations for restaurants, beaches and days out etc. Also supplied instructions on how to use everything in the apartment. Sonja met us when we arrived and then came back when we left. Saskia and Sonja were both super helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!
