The building is very safe and very central. You can walk to the La Vela shopping center. When you arrive, everything is super tidy and clean. Water will never be lacking as there are two tanks with enough water for several days. We spent 7 days in the apartment and the power never went out. Everything was perfect

The apartment is beautiful, has an excellent location, very close to beautiful beaches and has everything you need for a comfortable stay on the island, I would definitely return and recommend it 100%.
