Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nuevo Vallarta Channel

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Casa Suspiros, is a beautiful home just as described and like the pictures posted. Home is extremely comfortable, with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

una gran casa, jardín precioso, alberca tibia super rica y limpia siempre, casa espaciosa y aire acondicionado en casa habitación y sala , super cómoda, fuimos a todas las recomendaciones del anfitrión para comer y todas excelentes :)

Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy agusto, super cómodo y muy bien equipado el departamento, el estar aún costado de la alberca fue un plus para los niños, la playa de nuevo vallarta esta a 5 min, nosotros fuimos a playa la manzanilla qué también estaba a 20 min, en carro los accesos super cómodos. Esperamos regresar en una siguiente ocasión.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Richard’s condo in Nuevo Vallarta! From the very beginning, Richard was an exceptional host—he promptly answered all my questions before our arrival and went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the condo itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and every appliance worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. I truly have nothing but great things to say about both the host and the condo. Richard’s hospitality made our trip stress-free and memorable. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return again!

Really great space at a great price!

Beautiful apartment. Beautiful resort-like area. We got locked out briefly due to an issue with the door but the hosts fixed the issue quickly. Great response time by hosts!

Fabulous home. Very roomy. Very clean. Brianda and Paco responded to any need or issues immediately. Laundry on site, and even laundry supplies. The pool was private and comfortable. The whole place was utterly spotless and well taken care of. I could not have chosen a better location, or a better host. Thank you both for having me. I wish I had booked my time there longer

El lugar está mucho mejor que en las fotografías, fácil acceso, personal del edificio muy amable, alberca no climatizada pero la vista que tiene es de lo mejor, ubicado a 10 minutos caminando a playa de nuevo Vallarta o si llevas auto menos tiempo con la posibilidad de entrar al estacionamiento a pie de playa ( $25 x hora) , lugares MUY cercanos y variados ($) para consumir alimentos. La anfitriona en todo momento muy atenta a mis dudas. Completamente recomendable.

Excelente Propiedad, es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Excelente ubicación, super comoda, realmente te hace sentir que estás en casa. Tiene lo necesario para preparar tus propios alimentos. Cada detalle de la casa es increíble. Las amenidades del condominio son excelentes. La Atención que te brindadn es oportuna y rapida. Sin duda regresaremos con ellos. We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

Cerca del aeropuerto. Perfecto espacio para pasar cómodamente en familia. Acceso práctico a la alberca y playa, personal del condominio muy amable. Anfitrión muy atenta y puntual con la información y atención. Excelente experiencia y vivencia!

Excelente alojamiento, muy recomendable. El condominio tiene muy buenas amenidades. las piscinas tienen agua caliente. Acceso a la playa. estacionamiento muy amplio. el departamento muy cómodo con todos los servicios y en muy buen estado.

We had a great 8 night stay with 3 young kids. The property was beautiful & kept very clean. The unit was perfect for our family & Rod was very responsive throughout our stay, even allowing a last minute late check out so we had somewhere to be before our flight. Our kids loved the pools, and the beach area was great. We bring a canopy every beach vacation & didn’t even need to get it out. There were some beach toys & a boogie board, & even 1 child floatie at the unit. The showers to wash off at the beach had pleasant warm water, & all the public restrooms were very clean. Im a designer & appreciated all the finishes throughout the property. Mornings were always perfect weather, & when winds would pick up in the afternoon, the pool by the gym on the roof was always more protected from the winds, which was nice. We had a slight hiccup with check-in as our QR code didn’t work, but Rod was very responsive giving alternate ways to get into the unit. We would stay again.
