Excelente Departamento, Ideal para descansar, está súper equipado, privado y con una excelente Vista, todo está en excelente estado, el Lugar está muy bonito, excelentes amenidades, La Pasamos increíble!definitivamente Volveremos!

El departamento se encuentra ubicado frente a la marina de Nuevo Nayarit, hermosa vista para estar en la terraza del depa apreciándolo. Se encuentra muy bien equipado, todo para cocinar si así se desea. Hay un par de restaurantes alado, farmacia y oxxo cerca. La entrada principal a la playa se encuentra caminando a 5 min y de allí en adelante según donde uno quiera acomodarse... hay mucho movimiento de comercio mientras estás allí... por lo que esta muy bien ubicado. Alberca ubicada en el roof de los depas, tamaño mediano, agua templada. Buena vista y con un buen horario de uso de 8am a 10pm. Recomiendo fue una agradable estadía.

Great place, very clean space and complete to feel right at home. Water pressure was just like home with plenty of towels. The facilities included like the gym, the pool and hot tub with spa were a nice addition. You can catch very nice sunsets right from the infinity pool at the top, also you can see the big cruise boats coming to port. There is a big food store near-by Chedaui which is within walking distance. Also, there is an Oxo right across the building. There is a public beach entrance near-by, we were very happy with our stay in this condo. The only thing that was a little compromised was the beds were a little bit smaller than we were used to, other than that everything else was great. We definitely will stay again in this property next time we are in Puerto Vallarta.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente! El alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien equipado y exactamente como se describía en el publicación. La ubicación fue perfecta, cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos, pero en una zona tranquila para descansar. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier duda o recomendación local. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar y me encantaría volver en el futuro

Breathtaking views of the bay and the marina. Additionally the unit looked down on the pools and beach making it convenient to see our family from above. Quiet and safe. Thank you Betzy for your proactive and timely communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! The view was truly breathtaking - we loved waking up to it every morning. Our host was responsive, helpful, and so nice. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. We can’t wait to come back!

Maritima is a FANTASTIC!! The condo is SUPER spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of dining space inside or outside. And stunning balcony and rooftop views! The entire property is well laid out with tons of seating options by the pool or ocean. The staff are friendly and super helpful. The downside is the location itself on the boulevard. Grocery and restaurants were a minimum 15 minute walk. Taxis are quickly available for 200 pesos each way. It would have been helpful if Richard made a booklet for guests with information re: grocery & restaurant locations, path to Bucerias, taxi info, TV info, and how to get more water & toilet paper. Having said that, he was quickly attentive to our questions and we had a FANTASTIC vacation!!

Comfortable, clean and fresh place. The view was awesome. The restaurants offer delicious food and excellent service. We hope we can be back soon!

Está hermoso el edificio y el departamento, todo impecable, la alberca en la azotea hermosa con muchos camastros y sillones, sin dudarlo nos volveríamos a quedar aquí , gracias por todo, tuvimos una excelente estancia

If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean with the most amazing ocean view, look no further. The condo has very aesthetically pleasing decor. Calming, light blues and white. The fragrance is exactly as you would find in a high end hotel, so if you are a person who likes wonderful fragrances like me, you will love her place. The pool. I cannot think of a more beautiful infinity that I have experienced. It runs the entire length of the rooftop, so if you love to swim, this pool is a dream. There is another pool just below the condo that you can see from the patio that overlooked the ocean. I had that pool all to myself. Dreamy. I have nothing but stellar things that won't fit in this review. The first opportunity I get, I am going back.!!!! Oh, extremely comfortable beds, had to get that in there. Private and quiet, which is very important to me. Do yourself a favor and book her place.

Todo muy bien , excelente vista , malecón de la marina espectacular , solo las puertas d les regadera no cerraban y teníamos que bañarnos con una mano y la otra sosteniendo la puerta de vidrio por que si no se hacía un tiradero de agua y no me gusto esa parte , de lo demás increíble , gracias

We had a lovely stay at Patricia’s beautiful home. The place is exactly as described-with PLENTY of room for our family of 7. Patricia could not have been a more gracious host-very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. We loved the privacy of this place and felt very safe and secure with our surroundings. This golf course area is good to play, take a walk or run near and the fitness center is top notch! The beach is a bit of a walk to reach, but once there you have a pool and ocean at your disposal. We had a bit of a hiccup with the water heater, but Patricia was dealing with that and I am sure will be fixed in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!! Thank you Patricia for making our vacation stay so enjoyable!!

Punta Esmeralda is a beautiful, safe, well maintained community. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, with an amazing deck and views of the Bay of Banderas. We were delayed at the airport on arrival, but our host Maria patiently awaited our late arrival to the Villa, completed a walk through and explained everything we needed to know. We had some challenges the first couple of days but Maria responded quickly to our concerns to ensure we settled in comfortably. The restaurants in the area were great, including the one located at Punta Esmeralda. The Sunday Market and food vendors in La Cruz should not be missed. If you’re thinking about spending time in this area and you’re active, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking to enjoy the pools, have a relaxing massage at the spa, meet great people or just chill and read a good book, this is the place to be! Our experience was very enjoyable and we look forward to returning.

Lugar tranquilo, muy cómodo, sin duda regresaremos.

Es una zona muy segura, ideal para la protección de la familia. Cuenta con dos filtros de acceso: uno en la entrada de la zona residencial y otro al llegar a la privada donde se encuentra la casa. Es importante contar con un auto, ya que la propiedad está algo alejada de los centros comerciales y las playas. La casa es tal como se muestra en las fotos, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más agradable. Además, la anfitriona fue muy amable y atenta, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún mejor.

We had an incredible stay. The unit matched the photos and we loved having the daily ocean view. Beach and pool access were just right downstairs so super convenient. Loved being able to hear the ocean waves at all times of the day. No complaints. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
