Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nuevo Vallarta Channel

Very good accommodation. We were very comfortable in Angel's apartment, very good location. It's close to the public beach and there's an Oxxo and some very good tacos coming out of the coto. It has everything you need to cook and we loved that the pool was just a few steps away. We hope to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the property. The apartment comes with everything you need to have a great time. The beach is excellent, there are beds and palapas to enjoy a nice day. And of course Alexndra is an excellent host. Always ready for my questions. The apartment has a parking space and we arrive in two cars so the staff takes us to wonder by helping us with an extra drawer. In general, all staff are very attentive and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful apartment. Beautiful resort-like area. We got locked out briefly due to an issue with the door but the hosts fixed the issue quickly. Great response time by hosts!

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

My family enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool and the roof top deck received extensive use and we loved walking a block to the beach. Our host was helpful and responsive.

Casa Suspiros, is a beautiful home just as described and like the pictures posted. Home is extremely comfortable, with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

We stayed for a week with friends who own a condo in a different tower. The condo was spacious and very clean. We also really enjoyed the balcony and the views. We had a wonderful time and are considering staying again next year. One callout would be that the kitchen was not stocked with basic necessities like salt, pepper, dish soap or a sponge. Just a heads up that you will need to buy these or bring them with you.

The main reason that we stayed here was because of the 3 beautiful and spacious pools and beach access. We were mindful that the living space was small, but it was made up with amenities. Juan Pablo was very accommodating and was attentive to respond to any of our questions. We will definitely be returning for future Nuevo Vallarta trips. The security of the condominium was very assuring and would definitely recommend for families.

The tacos in front are delicious and the Oxxo is super practical. The beach is super close by. Definitely an excellent option.

Easy to reach apartment... Upon arrival, the staff are very friendly, at the reception they are quick and with precise instructions.... Very nice, spacious, it has everything described, the large pool, enough loungers. With an excellent view of the pool and the sea. Excellent for relaxing and enjoying with the family... Your Hosts are very friendly, and respond quickly to any questions. We highly recommend it...!!!

Great place for Christmas vacation. Family of 8 (4 children) had a great time with plenty of space for us all. Very comfortable beds. Enjoyed resort amenities and purchased AI passes from hotel. Condo was well stocked, even with boogie boards for the kids. Would love to go back.
