The studio is located in the upper part of Biel VS, now the municipality of Goms. The Goms is known for cross-country skiing tourism in winter, and in summer for the Goms hiking paradise. The studio is within walking distance of approx. 15 minutes from the cross-country ski trail and the train station. If you would like to arrive by public transport, we will be happy to pick you up at the station. Of course, you can also arrive by car. Parking is right by the house. PS: Tourist taxes are included!

Geissholz is situated in the holiday region of "Haslital" with several famous natural points of interest as Reichenbachtal (Rosenlaui), Grimsel, Susten area. In summer and winter, the apartment provides the ideal starting point for activities in the sunny region of Meiringen-Hasliberg. Additionally, the romantic Aare Gorge is located in the immediate vicinity.

If you want to spend your winter vacation as a cross-country skier (trail 30 meters from the studio), snowshoeing or winter hiking or in summer and autumn with biking/hiking in the Goms, the studio is perfectly located. In Obergestlen there is also the longest 9-hole golf course (6040 m) in Switzerland. The Volg is on the first floor of the house. Opposite is a small shop with fine local delicacies.

Only 8-10 minutes by car from Brig-Naters, via Blattenstrasse, you reach the Wiler "Geimen". The 2 room flat has been lovingly renovated in a nostalgic and modern style. Within 5 minutes you are at the ski valley resort of Belalp, which can be reached by car or bus. The house is heated with wood with the soapstone stove from 1882. In the bedroom there is another wood-burning stove with a view of the burning flames.
