Ajith is a superb host who was always available when needed. He was extremely helpful and even took us to a local bakery and bought us breakfast after we arrived early in the morning directly from the airport. Since we were traveling with three kids, we needed an ideal location close to restaurants and tourist attractions while also ensuring safety. This place offered everything we needed for our family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb that I can't recommend highly enough! The location was absolutely perfect—very central and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the area so convenient. The space itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room to relax, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare some meals and enjoy a cozy dining experience. What truly stood out was the host. They were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for local spots. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I can't wait to return!

We spent 10 days at this nice apartment and we liked it very much. The location had easy access to transport and very secure and private. Irantha provided great hospitality and was very helpful with all our requirements during the stay. Cinnamon apartment is highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again!

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. I was coming to Colombo on my own and looking for a one bedroom apartment. Had stayed at On320 and Luna on Union Place before so knew the area quite well. Anu’s apartment was a gem of a place. Pristine and exactly like the description and photos, it is on the 25th floor so doesn’t get too much traffic noise from the streets below. Well decorated and has all the equipment one needs for a quality stay. This will suit a single traveller or a couple perfectly. I didn’t use the pool or sun deck/gym as I was out every day but they looked very nice. The place is safe and secure and I was coming and going at all times of day and night and felt completely at ease. Plenty of supermarkets within a couple of mins and the Colombo City Centre Mall is a 10 min walk where there are retail stores, a very good sports bar plus the Marriott has a great bar that gives good views of the Colombo cityscape. I am so grateful that Anu hosted me, and will definitely check to see if this is available next time.

Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a residential complex filled with friendly families, it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, everything in Colombo is just 10–15 minutes away. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the true highlight is the charming backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the hosts, Dilshan and Sanda, who were always available and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing time and can highly recommend this place!

Absolutely lovely space with gorgeous private gardens. I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy it during the day! Perfect spot close to the airport and cafes, took me 20 mins by tuktuk. Little apartment was perfect and clean, I will be back! Thank you

We love this place. Everything good. We like coconut trees in the estate. The caretaker Damayanthi and her children very helpful beyond our words. They explained everything about Sri Lanka. Everything as described in about this apartment Villa in the Airbnb listing. They allowed us to use upstairs without any additional charges. Caretakers are extremely helpful. That is the highlight of our stay

I recently visited with my family for a peaceful getaway, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The property, located near beautiful beaches, offered an incredibly serene atmosphere with stunning views all around. My kids had an unforgettable time in the rooftop infinity pool, and we felt completely at ease knowing the space was safe for them to enjoy on their own. The condo itself was immaculate, organized, and designed with the elegance of a five-star hotel. Additionally, its location just 10 minutes from the airport made it easy for us to settle in quickly and maximize our time exploring Colombo. Without a doubt, this was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time, and we will definitely be returning. The host was exceptional friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful in providing clear instructions and making sure our stay was seamless. Highly recommended!

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

I recently stayed at Chathura Place Borella Apartment, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the super friendly host, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself feels just like a home away from home. It’s well-equipped with all the basic cooking utensils and appliances you might need, allowing you to prepare your own meals comfortably. The kitchen setup is great for anyone looking to cook rather than eat out. One of the most convenient features is the Food City located right under the apartment, making it incredibly easy to get any basic necessities without going far. The space is clean, well-maintained, and offers a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

The prime location (right by Marino Mall & Beach) offered unbeatable convenience for shopping, dining, and beach vibes. Such a wonderful stay for our family, as we all enjoyed ourselves using the amenities of the residences. This is very much a family friendly residence, with a playground and a pool (not just 1 pool, but 3 pools - one was a leisure pool, the other was a pool for toddlers which is shallow and the other was a lap pool). There was also a gym, but we didn’t get time to use this. Great location as it is walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a minimart within the building which was really handy, as we literally went down everyday to get something, whether it be drinks, sweets or snacks for the kids. Everything was as listed and the host is extremely helpful and responsive! Would highly recommend and if we come back to Colombo, this will be the place to stay with kids. Thank you so much :)

Convenient location . Cargills was a short walk down udawatte road. Secured property. Saw wild life. Monkeys birds and even a peacock! The fab , perera and sons , chemist and clothing shops etc are only down the road. Perfect location. Host was proactive when there was a power outage notifying us well in advance about it and kept us updated about the pool renovations and attended promptly to other issues and needs.

Modern and spotless apartment with great air conditioning. Pool and gym were excellent. Would definitely recommend, particularly as Uthay was flexible with the check in and also gave us a late check out.
