superbe appartement, sûrement un des plus confortable et spacieux que l on ait réservé en 9 ans sur Airbnb. tout est propre et luxueux, très calme, face au musée, C est un endroit idyllique. notre hôte Dee, nous a parfaitement conseillé sur les sites a visiter et a organisé notre voyage sur Khiva en nous proposant un excellent chauffeur avec une voiture en très bon état. tout fut parfait. un de nos meilleurs souvenirs. Ne pas hésiter un instant a visiter ce superbe appartement de près de 70m2 entièrement neuf. Merci pour tout.

Great hostel near center of Nukus, 15 min walk from Savitsky museum. Clean bedding and towels provided in a shared room of 3 bunk beds (6 beds) with lockers provided free of charge. Shared bathroom with the other rooms, shampoo and conditioner were provided but I recommend you bring your own. Breakfast served each morning was very good, cold drinks available for purchase and common area with tapchan was comfortable. Overall recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Nukus looking for a good deal.

From the time I landed in Nukus until the time I reached my next destination, Aikas family was nothing but helpful. Her brother Daulat ensured I didn’t face any challenges by always being available as my translator, bargaining with taxi drivers for me and even ensuring I had all meals whenever I ended up in a situation where all the restaurants were shut. The family on the whole was super warm and made sure I wasn’t short of feeling at home :)

Uldana fue muy cordial en todo momento. Nos ofreció toda la información posible, incluso nos ayudó a encontrar un taxi con un local a un precio adecuado. Las condiciones del apartamento muy buenas, con una sala para compartir y una cocina muy amplias, y el jardín muy bonito. La estancia bastante buena

Great host. Great place. Worth every euro spent. Eveything you need there is available except perhaps a dish washer, which we didn't need ourselves. The bathroom had a water gun so that was a quite nice surprise for us because most bathrooms in Uzbekistan dont have water gun to clean after toilet. Very close to airport and quite modern and comfy furniture.

Pros: Dee is a FANTASTIC host and responded to all of my inquiries at all hours of the day/night almost immediately. The small issues I encountered were handled absolutely instantly. Communication was truly top-notch. Also, you can't find a better location than this in Nukus. It's 10 times nicer than any hotel in the area and also cheaper than the hotels (which are much older and shabbier). The apartment is truly modern and the photos do not do justice to just how large and clean it really is. The presence of a washing machine (although it does not have drying functions) is amazing in Karakalpakstan. Cons: One of the bedrooms does not have AC. I was traveling alone, so this wasn't an issue for me--but it was unclear to me from the listing that this would be the case, so if you're a larger group and it's summer, make note of this. Nukus is HOT. Also, the apt is on the 5th floor (if you count ground level as floor 1) of the building. Carrying a huge suitcase upstairs was difficult.

Séjour parfait à Nukus ; le logement est grand, propre et conforme à la description. Le propriétaire répond très rapidement aux messages et nous a recommandé de bonnes adresses à Nukus. Je recommande vivement !

An unexpected gem in a Soviet-era apartment building in Nukus. Dee was not only responsive but also proactive, checking how we were doing and asking for feedback. A great apartment and a great host.
