Beachfront holiday rental in Nulvi

Es war perfekt, Patrizia hat uns alles erklärt was wir wissen wollten, die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern und war super, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Dachterasse war sehr schön, wir hatten einen Meerblick und konnten diesen beim Frühstück und Abendessen sehr geniessen. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles was wir benötigt haben für eine Woche. Wir hatten eine Garage was sehr praktisch war, da wir mit Anhänger und Motorrad angereist sind und man kann auch in der Umgebung gut parken, Seitenstrasse nebenan oder an der Hauptstrasse oben. In der Gegend hat es mehrere Restaurants und Tabakläden, kleine Supermärkte etc.. Vielen Dank nochmal an Patrizia, es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Vielen Dank!!! 🌞🍀

What can we say... From the minute we met Silvia we were looked after so well. The apartment is super clean, airy and beautifully decorated and has everything for your needs to be able to cook at home. The extras like the beach brolly, cool bag we're going that little bit further. Silvia is simply wonderful. So attentive and her recommendations were spot on for restaurants, to beaches and local things to do. One of the best hosts we have had on our Airbnb experiences. We would highly recommend the area which is quiet and very safe. Hope to see you again.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Die Terasse ist ein Traum. Morgens draußen gefrühstückt und abends tolle Sonnenuntergänge erlebt. Lage des Hauses ist abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Fussläufig in 5 bis 10min. sind 2 Restaurants und ein Supermarkt zu erreichen. Von La Ciaccia kann man tolle Ausflüge starten. z.B. nach Alghero oder Santa Teresa di Gallura. Costa Paradiso ist ein Muss. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Schönere Strände würde ich empfehlen mit dem Auto in ca. 10-15min. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber sauber. Mobiliar schon älter. TV nur italienisch. WLAN nicht immer. Gastgeber sprechen nur italienisch. Uns hat eine Übersetzungsapp gut geholfen. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

Our stay at this villa was truly out of this world. So clean and well kept. The pool and outside area was amazing, so private and quiet. All amenities on hand, just like being at home and so many lovely little touches. Only a short stroll to the marina which has a large choice of delicious restaurants. A boat trip is a must for a wonderful day out swimming in crystal clear waters and so easy to choose a boat of your choice. Sara the host really made our holiday! She was on hand for any questions/recommendations and was a lovely lady! We fell in love with the place and will definitely be recommending and returning. Thank you Sara!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Nous avons eu le bonheur de vivre dans la magnifique maison, très bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Un secteur tranquille et sécuritaire à distance de marche d’une petite plage et d’un snack bar pour des lunchs. Le petit village de Porto Pozzo est à moins de 5km où l’on trouve des restaurants et une épicerie. La propriétaire de cette maison est très attentionnée et est a répondu rapidement à nos messages. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune hésitation.

Beautiful view of the local Bay. Exactly as described.

Lovely place which appeared as promised. Proximity to a small private beach was ideal. The garden was a very enjoyable bonus. Riccardo was a fantastic host. He was super friendly, helpful and responsive. We had issue with the WiFi and he was on it/proactive/in constant communication. We also took his recommendation for a private boat charter which was an excellent one. Overall, great stay and would recommend it!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Der Strand ist schnell erreichbar, man sollte allerdings Badeschuhe mitnehmen, da im Wasser sehr viele Felsen sind. In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind viele Restaurants und auch ein Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist von allem genügend vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Selbst für den Strand war alles vorhanden. Leider gab es in der Wohnung direkt kein freies WLAN, sondern nur am Hauptpunkt der Appartementanlage. Die Terrasse ist sehr angenehm, da nach Norden gelegen und man kann hier wunderbar relaxen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Wir haben zu viert Mitte Juni ein paar Tage in Santa Reparata verbracht und sind einfach begeistert! Das Haus ist wunderschön und besticht vor allem durch den tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die große, neu eingerichtete Küche, die gemütliche Terrasse mit Pool und die tolle Aussicht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, sehr ruhig gelegen und die direkte Nähe zum Capo Testa und Santa Teresa Gallura als Hafenstadt war toll. Das Ferienhaus ist zudem gut ausgestattet. Lediglich ein paar Ablageflächen in den Bad- und Schlafräumen sowie bequemere Matratzen wären toll gewesen. Die Kommunikation mit Matteo war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden gerne wieder hierher kommen!

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Eine schöne und modern eingerichtet Ferienwohnung in einer Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns über den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war problemlos auch dank der guten Beschreibung durch Antonella im Vorfeld. Den Pool hatten wir die meiste Zeit für uns allein. Der große Strand ist in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 10 Autominuten entfernt.

Dès notre arrivée chez Damiano nous nous sommes sentis comme chez-nous! Damiano nous attendait et a pris le temps de faire le tour du logement avec nous. Le logement est superbe! Moderne, bien équipé, confortable et d’une propreté IMMACULÉE (parole de fille très sélective au niveau de la propreté). Nous avons profité de la magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer tous les jours pour les petits déjeuners et les apéros de fin d’après midi. Tous les équipements du logement fonctionnent parfaitement (AC, stores électriques, TV, douche, etc) Pour ceux qui se demandent si l’emplacement est loin du centre historique, cela se fait vraiment bien à pied (magnifique promenade en bord de mer de 20-25 min). Tous les soirs nous prenions la voiture pour se rapprocher du centre historique (4min max en voiture) et il était super facile de se garer à proximité. Une de nos meilleures expériences Airbnb, notre seul regret est de ne pas être restés plus longtemps. Nous reviendrons!

Das Haus von Rubens ist stilvoll in die Natur eingefügt. Felsen wurden in die Innen- und Außenausstattung gestalterisch integriert. Toll. Liebevolle Dekorationen haben alles abgerundet. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. BBQ, Küche… Rubens war für uns immer ansprechbar. Die Lage des Hauses und die Aussicht auf das Meer ist großartig. Das Haus liegt verkehrsgünstig an der Landstraße nach Porto Cervo und Palau. Wir danken Rubens, dass wir seine Gäste sein durften.

Location fantastica. L’appartamento é praticamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede tramite una scaletta privata. Alloggio piccolino ma giusto per due persone. Parcheggio a pagamento a 50 metri (5,00 euro al giorno). Esperienza ottima. Lo consigliamo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ; - La vue est incroyable de la terrasse, - L’environnement très calme, - L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire (y compris les jeux de plage pour les enfants), promoteur irréprochable. - Tout le centre de Castelsardo est accessible à pied, Castelsardo est un village à ne pas manquer ! Wir waren acht Nächte Ende Mai/Anfang Juni dort. Es ist eine ganz tolle Unterkunft. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ist wirklich großartig. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es ist an alles gedacht worden. Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig mit viel Natur. Besonders die Aussicht auf das Meer ist fantastisch, wir hatten sehr schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Auch das die Terasse bis zum Nachmittag Schatten spendet, fanden wir sehr vorteilhaft. Hin und wieder kam immer mal kurz ein Wildschwein in den Garten, anfangs hat uns das erschreckt, doch schon nach kurzer Zeit merkten wir, dass diese sehr friedlich sind und wir keine Angst haben brauchen. Die Wildschweine sind nicht an uns Menschen interessiert. Gefüttert haben wir keine Tiere. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Villa Rainbow unbedingt empfehlen, es ist ein ganz zauberhafter Ort. Es sind nur wenige Schritte an Wasser.

The apartment was spotless and beautiful, and the location was perfect with several nice cafes and incredible restaurants nearby. The beach in Santa Teresa is breathtaking. Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Cannot wait to come back.
