Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nuneaton and Bedworth

I needed a place to stay whilst attending a work conference at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. Paulina’s apartment was an oasis - beautifully cleaned, relaxing, well stocked and large. Excellent amenities. Check in was incredibly smooth and easy, very flexible. Walkable from train station. I didn’t explore the area much but very convenient groceries, and felt safe walking around alone.

Had a great stay. Iwona is a fantastic host. The apartment was perfectly located for what we needed. It was beautifully presented, clean and fully equipped. We felt right at home. Check in and check out were very easy and very clearly communicated. We loved the little touches such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner and dishwasher tablets/cleaning materials. This is a perfect apartment to use if you want to spend a few days in the city. Everything in terms of restaurants, theatres and the train station is all walkable. Would definitely recommend.

Martin's place was fantastic. It's right on top of town, about a two minute walk from the birthplace of Shakespeare. It's ten minutes to the river and the RSC. Martin is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful, and the flat is perfect for a couple or someone on their own to spend a few days in and explore the area.

We enjoyed our time at Edward’s place. It was really comfortable, clean and had a spacious living area. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. It’s close to Warwick, Leamington Spa and Kenilworth with all of the sights and facilities those places offer. The flat is in a really quiet area but close to a bus service.

We were only staying one night so not much opportunity to explore the area. Accommodation was very well thought out and perfect for 2 people. Beautiful view from the balcony - wished we were staying longer! Make sure you screen shot the get-in instructions (which were very clear). I failed to do this and had to disturb Clare to let us in as I couldn’t get online. I chose it for proximity to the Canine Partners national training centre and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if I were to make another visit

A very well located flat for both Leamington Spa & Warwick. The flat was comfortable; very quiet & beautiful views across the river. Flat is situated on 3rd floor & there is a lift. Parking easy & 2nd car right outside so no problems there. Lovely to have shower gel; cooking oil; salt & pepper provided. A very enjoyable stay; would certainly recommend.

We stayed at Lee's place whilst in the area for work. We had a great stay. The house is decorated in a very modern style and is a great place to relax in the evenings. Whilst we didn't use the hot tub that is also a great addition. Having 2 parking spaces was also a massive bonus for us. Access to the front of the house is down a really quiet close as well which made our work vehicles feel even more secure. Thanks Lee!

Really great base for a week of travel. Spacious house with plenty of things provided to make the stay better. Nice garden to enjoy the sun in, and a nice neighbourhood with shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely use this again.

A good place to stay. The house was clean a tidy and warm when we arrived. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook for ourselves and the wifi has a good signal. Plenty of room to park a car or van. Overall very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend.

I had a lovely stay at this condo. The space is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed, with a peaceful balcony that was perfect for relaxing. The location was great for me as I was working at the theatre around the corner, and everything felt welcoming and comfortable throughout. I accidentally checked out late due to mixing up my dates, and the host was very kind and understanding about it, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place and consider staying again!

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.
