I stayed 3 months in this apartment and everything was wonderful. The balcony view is beautiful, and the sun shines on the entire apartment all day. Everything works fine, I had no problems. The area is excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Carlos is very quick to respond and always attentive to what you need. Thank you for everything!

Good value for money, excellent location!

We just wrapped up our 1 week trip to Buenos Aires and stayed at Martin and Maria’s Airbnb. We arrived earlier than expected and they had no issues with us checking in a couple of hours early which was amazing! Maria let us into the apartment and walked us through the amenities including the free laundry and sauna on the top floor. The place was absolutely beautiful and clean. The private balcony was perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks! We were very excited to come back to a wonderful home after a long day of walking in BA. The Airbnb is close to a lot of restaurants and central to the activities that we had planned such as the Botanical Garden and Jardin de Japones. There are many parks close by that my 2 yr old son took advantage of. There is a supermarket a couple minutes walk away. Overall we thought this stay was a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone!

The stay was impeccable, the place is nicer than what you see in the photos. It's very comfortable and very quiet. You can walk out with many options nearby, and having parking is a huge plus. Maria welcomed us very warmly and was flexible with our schedules. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet. We went to almost all the destinations on foot. Highly recommended

The apartment is very well located. It has everything around. Nico was super attentive to everything and even let us stay half a day longer without charging us, very grateful for that.

Neighborhood with tree-lined streets, further away from the central regions. Large and plant-filled balcony, good for remote work! Thanks Adrian for the stay.

Great place for those who go in group. It comfortably accommodates about 12 people. The house has a yard with a barbecue that is charming and very useful for rainy days and lunch with the group. It has three bathrooms with hot water (one in a suite) and working perfectly. There is a supermarket almost on the corner. Anyway, the house was a comfort for everyone. I would definitely come back if I needed a big place to stay. I loved it!

Great location and comfortable accommodations!

We loved our stay at Tobias' place! Firstly, the courtyard is beautiful and so quiet and peaceful even though you are right on the middle of the city. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect, a grocery store across the street, plenty of great restaurants and parks nearby. Tobias was so helpful and gave us a lot of local recommendations that we loved. He was also always responsive when we messaged him and was very flexible with our check in time. We would stay here again for sure!!

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

This place was great. If you haven't stayed in a PH in Buenos Aires before, they are amazing! Each one is unique and offers a different vibe. This place has a beautiful courtyard on the ground floor with tropical plants. The first-floor bedroom feels magical with the large glass windows and plants. Pro and con to the first floor is if it rains... On one hand, the feeling of lying in bed while rain falls outside in the courtyard is euphoric. But on the other hand, it's a bit of a pain to get upstairs to the main level without getting wet. I think it was worth the tradeoff. The second floor is the main level with a great open floorplan living space. Kitchen has all the things you need, minus disposables, like paper towels/napkins. The third floor is the rooftop. You have to experience it to understand it... Now, this is an older place with quirks & things that could use minor improvements, but nothing crazy. 1 downside - mosquitoes, but the host brought us sprays that got rid of them.

Beautiful apartment, super bright and with incredible views. All spotless and comfortable. Ideal for resting and connecting with oneself. He gave me unforgettable days. Thank you for this special space. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

An excellent place with the amenities indicated, easy to access, close to several places, I had a great time without any major setbacks. I'm sure I could take it again when I get back.

Had a lovely stay at Maria’s adorable condo. The building felt secure, and the neighborhood was very walkable. Maria was also kind enough to accommodate a late check-out, which we really appreciated since my partner and I had a red-eye flight home that night. ✨

3 month stay, only left because that's as long as Argentina allows. Great location, close to groceries, busses, fruit & vegetable stands, and coffee shops. It is still quiet because it is a block off the main street. Everything in the kitchen works (no microwave, not a probem for me).Lots of storage. Housekeeper was great! (thank you Claudia!) Would definitely stay again!
