Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Núñez

Me quedé 3 meses en este departamento y todo de maravilla. La vista del balcón es hermosa, y le da el sol a todo el departamento todo el día. Todo funciona bien, no tuve ningún problema. La zona es excelente. Volvería a alojarme aquí sin dudarlo. Carlos es muy rápido para responder y siempre atento a lo que necesites. Gracias por todo!

O apartamento é ótimo para duas pessoas, tem tudo o que precisa para passar as férias confortavelmente (cama, travesseiros, colchas, ar-condicionado, cozinha equipada com o necessário, água quente na cozinha e no banheiro, toalhas etc.) Diego é super gentil e muito querido, entrou em contato comigo antes da hospedagem e deu todas as instruções, além de ter nos recebido e mostrado tudo no apartamento (e foi para além da meia-noite). Fora a localização! Muito gostosa, tranquila, segura e cheia de parques e praças por perto, acesso fácil aos transportes (ônibus quase na porta do prédio e pro metrô, uns 20m) e tudo mais. Recomendo demais!

Excelente lugar, todo muy bien. ubicado a pasos del obelisco y al lado de teatros. para quienes no están acostumbrados al ruido de una avenida concurrida, es algo a tener en cuenta. El resto todo perfecto

We just wrapped up our 1 week trip to Buenos Aires and stayed at Martin and Maria’s Airbnb. We arrived earlier than expected and they had no issues with us checking in a couple of hours early which was amazing! Maria let us into the apartment and walked us through the amenities including the free laundry and sauna on the top floor. The place was absolutely beautiful and clean. The private balcony was perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks! We were very excited to come back to a wonderful home after a long day of walking in BA. The Airbnb is close to a lot of restaurants and central to the activities that we had planned such as the Botanical Garden and Jardin de Japones. There are many parks close by that my 2 yr old son took advantage of. There is a supermarket a couple minutes walk away. Overall we thought this stay was a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone!

El depto está muy bien ubicado. Hay de todo alrededor. Nico estuvo súper atento a todo e inclusive nos dejó quedar medio día más sin cobrarnos, muy agradecidas por eso.

Bairro tranquilo de ruas arborizadas, mais afastado das regiões centrais. Varanda grande e cheia de plantas, bom para trabalhar remoto! Obrigado, Adrian, pela estadia.

Ótimo lugar para quem vai em grupo. Acomoda confortavelmente umas 12 pessoas. Casa tem um quintal com churrasqueira que é um charme e muito útil para dias com chuvas e almoço com a galera. Possui três banheiros com água quente (um em uma suíte) e funcionando perfeitamente. Há um supermercado quase na esquina. Enfim, a casa foi um conforto para todos. Com certeza voltaria se precisar de um lugar grande pra ficar. Adorei!

Todo funcionó a la perfección. Su ubicación es muy conveniente y la casa es perfecta para ir con un grupo grande de amigos. La terraza se disfruta con muchas horas de sol. El living es perfecto para convivir y la calefacción estuvo ideal durante toda la estadía. Gran predisposición por parte de los dueños para colaborar y que contemos con todo lo que necesitábamos. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

We loved our stay at Tobias' place! Firstly, the courtyard is beautiful and so quiet and peaceful even though you are right on the middle of the city. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect, a grocery store across the street, plenty of great restaurants and parks nearby. Tobias was so helpful and gave us a lot of local recommendations that we loved. He was also always responsive when we messaged him and was very flexible with our check in time. We would stay here again for sure!!

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

This place was great. If you haven't stayed in a PH in Buenos Aires before, they are amazing! Each one is unique and offers a different vibe. This place has a beautiful courtyard on the ground floor with tropical plants. The first-floor bedroom feels magical with the large glass windows and plants. Pro and con to the first floor is if it rains... On one hand, the feeling of lying in bed while rain falls outside in the courtyard is euphoric. But on the other hand, it's a bit of a pain to get upstairs to the main level without getting wet. I think it was worth the tradeoff. The second floor is the main level with a great open floorplan living space. Kitchen has all the things you need, minus disposables, like paper towels/napkins. The third floor is the rooftop. You have to experience it to understand it... Now, this is an older place with quirks & things that could use minor improvements, but nothing crazy. 1 downside - mosquitoes, but the host brought us sprays that got rid of them.

Hermoso departamento, súper luminoso y con vistas increíbles. Todo impecable y cómodo. Ideal para descansar y conectar con uno mismo. Me regaló días inolvidables. Gracias por este espacio tan especial. ¡Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados!

3 month stay, only left because that's as long as Argentina allows. Great location, close to groceries, busses, fruit & vegetable stands, and coffee shops. It is still quiet because it is a block off the main street. Everything in the kitchen works (no microwave, not a probem for me).Lots of storage. Housekeeper was great! (thank you Claudia!) Would definitely stay again!

Buenas noches, Maria y Pablo estuvieron siempre al pendiente de nuestras comodidades, desde que llegamos hasta cuando nos fuimos, Pablo nos ayudó mucho con los horarios, fue mi flexible con eso, nos dio recomendaciones de los lugares donde podíamos ir, siempre nos respondían rápido si teníamos alguna duda, realmente estoy muy feliz con el lugar donde estuve hospedado, lo recomiendo 100%, el lugar es una maravilla definitivamente, espero poder volver más adelante. ☺️
