Historic farmhouse from 1864, centrally located between the Veluwe forests, heaths and sand drifts and the Veluwemeer the lake surrounding the new land of the polders. Enjoy the space, nature, tranquility and old fishing villages, while cities such as Zwolle, Amersfoort and Amsterdam are easily accessible. The house is equipped with every comfort and a large garden is available for the guests. We have room for 1-6 guests. We do serve an extensive and as much as possible organic breakfast.

Bij Tiny Oak kan je écht tot rust komen. Onthaast en geniet van de kleuren in het bos, de geur van dennenbomen en de ritselende eekhoorntjes. De Tiny is van alle gemakken voorzien en met liefde ontworpen en ingericht. Een fijne plek voor een romantisch weekendje weg, maar ook een inspirerend huisje om alleen te verblijven. Om te werken, te onthaasten en vooral te ontspannen. De Tiny ligt in het bos op een kleinschalig bospark met veel privacy, een prachtig uitzicht en nog veel meer fijns.

Het huisje heeft een eigen opgang en knusse tuin én de mogelijkheid om uw fietsen te stallen en op te laden. De kitchenette is onder andere voorzien van een koelkast, kookplaatje en een Nespresso Vertuo apparaat (incl cups) en melkopschuimer. Alles is aanwezig om heerlijk te kunnen genieten.

Good bed, nice shower, thick towels. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the silence and the sun. We appreciated that they immediately noticed my body language that I withdrew a bit from their sweet but very enthusiastic dog, and who kept in during our stay, very welcoming!

A really super nice house in a great environment! Many beautiful tours by bike possible. A flexible and contactless check-in due to traffic jams was made possible for us. All around friendly and pre-arriving! We will definitely come back again. (The nearby railway tracks didn't bother us at all.)

It was a very comfortable house. We were there with 6 adults and had a very nice time. Very nice beds . In the garden you were nice and free and it was very quiet. Communication with Jurjen was fast and good. The house is definitely recommended if you want to relax for a few days.

We had a fantastic stay at Iris' house. In real life, it might be even more beautiful/cozy than in the photo. And the garden... Green and the wonderful soothing sound of birds. The dogs thought it was a great adventure. You are in a small park with various cottages, but this cottage feels very private because of its location. You can walk into the forest in a few seconds.

Wonderful week stayed with friend and dreams. Clean apartment, quick communication. You are surrounded by greenery and the sound of the birds. We have completely relaxed with a lake (5 minutes walk), town (5 minutes drive) and many hiking and biking routes. Our 13-month-old son enjoyed himself inexorably on the trampoline and in the grass/forest. Recommended!
