The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Pina was the most wonderful & friendly host I’ve had! She was so thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her house was amazing, with the most brilliant view, the pool was such a treat & we had everything we needed. We all had such a fabulous time & will absolutely be back!

The house was clean and with an amazing view! The access to the small „private“ beach is beautiful as well as the beach. Thank you! We had a lovely week :)

Super Air Bnb! We were 7 friends who left by motorbike. The house accommodates 8 people. It has everything in the immediate vicinity. 1 long beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the 2nd one is a little nicer but also smaller is a 15-minute walk away. The center of Arbatax is about a 20-minute walk away. The spar in Tortoli is also open on Sundays and can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Very safe area and great location for a beach holiday but also great for motorcycle tours that start 5 km outside. We would definitely come back. We only missed the pool but the beautiful sea compensates for this. Thanks, Jan

A great stay at Mario's little house! Everything is very comfortable, impeccable cleanliness, tastefully decorated and without a doubt the best part is the terrace with good views and the location very close to the sea. Both Mario and his parents were very attentive and communicative. It's a place to go back to. Thank you 🫶

Exactly what it looked like on the app. Our host was lovely. Baked us a cake which was delicious. You need a car but it is only 6 or 7 mins to town and 20 mins or less to numerous beautiful beaches.

Marco and family were wonderful hosts with great tips and a beautiful home. We lacked nothing.

We spent 7 days as first guests at the newly renovated villa and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well equipped and they provided salt, pepper, spices and dish washing tabs. The air conditioners are brand new and silent. The 5 double beds have quite hard mattresses, however still comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern and stylish. The owner provided 2 sets of keys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs/ towels. There is a beautiful view to the sea from the dining area as well as from the bedrooms upstairs. The owners representative was very responsive and helpful. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The Internet was available but low speed. The rocky beach can be reached by 10 minutes walking and allows snorkeling. The sandy beach can be reached by car in 5min with free parking lots. A small supermarket can be reached in 5 min by car and a nice Italian restaurant is there as well. We enjoyed our vacation and recommend this villa.

This place was one the best places we stayed during our b&b experience. Listing features were accurate to what it says it was. Apartment was super clean, modern very well maintance and all appliances super good quality made our staying super comfy and easy Mauricio the housekeeper was wonderful and always asking if we need anything. Excellent showers with lots of water pressure and very clean. Thank you Thomas for caring for your guests comfort not all places do and you do.

Very happy with the piol. Some noise from the hotel next door on two evenings which stopped at midnight. Very well equipped kitchen. Very generous food for us on arrival. We were delighted.

this house is so beautiful, new and clean. It is perfect for group of friends or families. It is close to the Main Street of the town and restaurants. Our hosts are very kind and warm. We had great time here. I would recommend this house for whom want to visit the north Sardegna.

Villa MAJU is a true diamond in the rough— a rare combination of beauty, charm, comfort and personality. Every aspect of the villa and our stay was considered and Julie was extremely responsive and helpful with anything that we may have needed help with. Francesca’s place is a fantastic find, a charming house with character, spacious bedrooms, luscious garden and that beautiful panoramic view of the sea that we never get tired of looking and enjoying its crystal clear water with white sandy beach. Although sun is shining the wind is a bit nippy. We felt very much at home since arriving. The garden bedroom is brilliant but internet/wifi connection is very poor. So out with our books and board games! The shower outside in the garden is definitely a welcome change but can’t help feeling conscious from would be prying eyes - there was none! We could do with a bigger kitchen to prep our food but it is well equipped. Overall it has been a very enjoyable stay and my family and I will definitely come back to this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely setting with views over the sea to the front, and hills at the back. We enjoyed the terrace. Peaceful location and friendly donkeys in the field nextdoor. Roberto met us to guide us to the home. Located centrally to explore the coast. If we were in this area again we would stay here again. Thanks Roberto.

Very good place we stayed 11 days the villa was impeccable and the hosts were easy to reach and kind. If you want to visit all of my Sardinia we recommend that you rent a car so that you can get around.

What a beautiful place of tranquility! Running views, not too far from restaurants, markets, and the perfect distance from the main town of Olbia. For privacy, for peace and for amazing views…. Piero’s place is perfect!

The villa was beautiful and very spacious, the photos don’t do it justice, everything is very clean and well maintained including the pool. Great superking bed! Hosts were very friendly despite the language barrier, they even brought us some home made wine one evening when we were enjoying our dinner on the terrace which was excellent. The wifi is poor so if you are relying on internet/ working from home you will struggle, we had very little signal. Wouldn’t recommend if you are scared/ nervous of dogs, there are 4 chihuahuas, one is very friendly- they didn’t bother us as we are dog lovers but if you’re not a dog lover it’s best to be prepared. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Super nice quiet place in the middle of nature. The house is great, very clean and nicely furnished. It matched the photos and description. We had a great time and would come back.

We had a lovely time in Sardinia in Sara's sweet and cozy place. We were 5 adults and the size was completely sufficient for us. However, for more than 5 adults we would not recommend it as it could get too tight in the long run. The house was well decorated, the kitchen fully equipped and it was very clean. The house included a beautiful pool, a practical outdoor shower and a small children's corner that we did not use. In our time there was a cat with 2 kittens on the property which we regularly provided. We'd appreciate it if they could continue to be taken care of. Particularly noteworthy is that we had a very flexible check-in time and were therefore allowed into the house before. Sara was very friendly and always available. We were completely satisfied and would come again!

Paola’s house is very nice and spacious, with everything you need including AC (which was necessary in July/August). The pool is clean and there is a very nice beach just a few minutes walk away. We were two families with small kids and had a great time during our stay and hope to come back soon!
