Zentrale, kleine Souterrainwohnung mit separatem Eingang. 120x200 Bett ,nur für eine (1) Person geeignet. Eigenständiger Check-In durch eine Schlüsselbox (Code bei Anreise Tag) Netflix und DAZN vorhanden. Die Unterkunft hat sehr schwache Internetverbindung deswegen ist nicht für Homeoffice geeignet . Die Wohnung ist mit einer kleinen Küchen ausgestattet .Zudem wurde das Bad kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC . Bettwäsche, Dusch , Handtuch sind vorhanden.

Die Wohnung liegt im Nürnberger Süden, das Zentrum und insbesondere die Messe (zu Fuss ca. 25 Min.) sind mit allen Verkehrsmitteln schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Durch die ideale Aufteilung ist die Unterkunft perfekt für alle, die einen zentral gelegenen Wohlfühlplatz suchen. Das Bad ist klein aber sehr praktisch eingerichtet. The property is located in a beautiful and green environment in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the advantages of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. The apartment with 45 m² is located in the marshalling yard settlement Bauernfeind, in the attic of our house. The metro is within walking distance in 10 min. and a stop from the fair (within walking distance 20 min.). The Playmobil FUN Park can be reached in 20 minutes by car. There is room for a maximum 5 persons available. There are two bedrooms, 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. In the open living area there is a small kitchen with dining table and 1 x sofa bed.
