The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

Just a 5-minute drive to the Harbourside villages of Bosham and Emsworth and access to Goodwood, Ashling Park Estate, West Dean Gardens & College, Chichester Cathedral and West Wittering beach.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

The sea comes to within 400m of the house at high tide. Goodwood motor circuit is a 16 minute drive away. With its own separate entrance and parking the cottage is tastefully furnished with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Highlights include ample outdoor space, light and airy cottage and fabulous views.

The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
