Beautiful home. Had a great getaway - would definitely stay here again

We needed a place to stay for our niece's graduation. The location was perfect, within 20 minutes or less to all the places we needed to go to. The house was very clean and had more than enough space for us (4 adults). We enjoyed the pool and floaties that were available for us to use. The communication with Rias was great. Despite having zero problems, Rias made sure to let us know he was available for anything that we needed. I highly recommend!

Great place and lovely host. Communicated at every step and made our stay wonderful. Its was a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to one and all!

My husband and I traveled to visit his parents. Ari was such a good host and very communicative and flexible. He managed to give us an early check in even though we asked last minute. We got too cold in the pool after foolishly asking for it not to be heated because we didn’t know how the evaporation would make us colder even in summer heat. I texted him asking to turn on the spa and he turned it on within minutes. It was lovely. Love the location and how private it feels. The pool table and arcades were really fun even for my husband’s elderly parents. The host thought of everything. We alerted him that the pool sticks had worn out tips and he overnighted new cue sticks! We really appreciated the extras like the tea kettle, coffee maker, there was even coffee and sugar in the pantry ready to go. Tried to book with him and extend our stay but the spot was already booked. Wish we had stayed longer.

Dora’s place was perfect for our stay! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. My boyfriend and I instantly felt at home—the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The location was convenient, and Dora was such a thoughtful and responsive host. We’d definitely stay here again!

I came this past weekend with my boyfriend and his parents for his birthday. This was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at in Vegas! It was super homey, smelled great, and was pristine clean. The neighborhood was really nice and lots of parking available. I loved that there was a driveway spot for my car to park in as well. The kitchen was super useful for cooking meals. We loved that there were plenty of towels, wash cloths, and extra blankets! Not to mention that there was a TV in almost every room so we could all watch something different in each room! We also loved that the area was quiet at night. I slept so good every night! We're definitely booking again when we come back to Vegas!! Thanks for having us Juana!! ☺️

We had a very minor hiccup to get in when arriving but did not affect our entrance. We’ve never stayed in this home before so took a minute to examine the entrance way. Make sure to use the provide stone to keep the front gate closed when leaving. The home was extremely spacious and in a very peaceful neighborhood. Everything was tidy and easily accessible. The backyard was perfect for our pets, just keep in mind the heat during summer. Will definitely be staying here again on our next vacation to Vegas!

Beautiful and clean home with nice furniture. Reasonable price and located in good neighborhood. We all enjoyed the memorial day weekend in this memorable and cozy home. Would like to come again !!!!!

The house was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood! It smelled and looked clean right when you walked in the door. Chucky was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions! This home is 15 minutes from the strip and was very close to Costco, Target, and other food places.

We had a great stay at Adelmo's home! Came in for the Coldplay concert, and the house was close enough to the Strip to be able to get there easily, but far enough away that we had a very peaceful and comfortable stay. The pool was amazing, and the house was very comfortable. Pet friendly, which was a huge help for our Golden Retriever who had an awesome time running in the yard. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great rental! It was large and spacious and really clean. The pool was fabulous. There were so many towels available and plenty of room to stretch out. Hayden the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had to rent the home due to our home needing to be fixed and ended up having to extend our stay twice and Hayden was super helpful, friendly and great. He really helped us when we were in a bind. Great experience overall!

We have stayed at Erica’s place 3 times and absolutely love it. Erica is a fantastic host and her place is great. The location is perfect and you can walk to most locations very easily. Plenty of restaurants and main venues to view shows. Highly recommend Erica’s place, you will not be disappointed.

We had a very calm and relaxing stay in Las Vegas. The home is located in a quiet residential area, which makes it feel peaceful and private. Everything went smoothly with zero issues, and the pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off. The garage was also a great feature, being very spacious and comfortably accommodating two cars. Highly Recommend!

This beautiful, large house was perfect for our group of 10 friends! Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful to help sort out necessary bedding, early check in etc. The indoor space was perfect for gathering with a pool table, large couches, speaker etc. The outdoor space was great as well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. It can take 10 min to get an Uber so order ahead if you’re in a rush. A few things to note for planning purposes: - tThe bean bag mattress for master room floor mattress is literally a bean bag unrolled. It was too soft for us to sleep on - The master room bathroom is inside the room and also the shower is visible from the rest of the room (though toilet is not), FYI for any groups trying to share the bathrooms. There is another shower upstairs (along with 4 bedrooms) and a half bath on entry level

We had never stayed in an Assay Office before. I loved it! Mine history from floor to ceiling. Add a fire clay smelter in your "living room" and you are ingulfed in history. Worth every penny.

This home was very well situated for our needs. It was comfortable and clean. The hosts were fantastic and very responsive. We would definitely stay there again if in Pahrump again and the home was available. Thank you, Lori and Dan, for a wonderful stay.

We have stayed in many places along the 395 and Lone Pine, this is the best place we have stayed in thus far. Richard’s place is larger than what I expected and my baby, dog, husband, and I felt at home. The Alabama hills are perfectly situated to town and hiking/fishing. We walked the neighborhood with the dog and it’s wonderfully quiet and beautiful. Can’t beat it!

Great and comfortable stay! Yuney was an absolutely pleasant host who made sure we were comfortable and happy the entire stay. She was responsive and understanding, making our overall experience a 10/10 experience. It was a comfortable and cozy space with plenty of amenities provided. Perfect spot to stay if you’re driving down to the strip or exploring the outer city of Las Vegas!

We had a very comfortable stay at Cintya’s place! It was nice and private, very clean, and most importantly it was dog friendly! It was less than 15 minutes away from the strip, so location was convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful so I appreciate that a lot! I would stay here again. :)

This place was phenomenal. The surroundings were beautiful. The mountains were beautiful. The place was very well decorated. also, the host was really great, very responsive and very quick to help. If you want to get away from everything have some peace and quiet, I would definitely recommend.
