Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, the third and smallest bedroom is furnished with a day bed/sofa bed. Small toilet with shower, Private patio. The house is detached but is close to a larger residential house (Ravlunda Prästgård),

The house is uniquely located at the mouth of Helge river with 200 meters to the sandy beach. 500 meters from the house you find cafe, bakery, camping and country shop. Åhus is 10km away with a nice selection of restaurants and amusements.

Small apartment in old half-timbered farm just outside the wall to medieval Åhus. The apartment forms your own part of the dwelling with your own entrance, two rooms and your own shower room. In one room there is a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, egg boiler and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There are also garden furniture as well.
