We had a very nice stay. The house was comfortable and all the expected facilities. Recommended !

We stayed at Tom’s house for 3 nights and had a great stay! We were three adults and four kids between ages 2-12. The houses were spacious, modern, comfortable with great amenities! Everything from the toys in the garden, to the super warm pool, to the espresso maker made our stay extra comfortable. The house has everything you need and is located a short walk from playgrounds and the town. You really can’t beat the location. There’s plenty to do in town or nearby towns, but you can also spend a full day just enjoying the house. Everything was super smooth and communication was outstanding! Would highly recommend staying and would love to return!

Super nice house in a quiet area with proximity to everything you can wish for on a holiday. Martina and Nils were very easy to communicate with and they felt uncomplicated and natural to spend a week there.

Our stay in Trosa was amazing! The house was brilliant with comfortable beds and a well aquipt kitchen. A patio with a view over the harbor and a big terrass with a beautiful pool to enjoy. A 5 minut walk to the Harbor and the Trosa Center was a big plus. Our host Fredrik was always reachable when we had any questions. Will definitely return to enjoy Trosa and this fabulous house. Thank you Fredrik for letting us enjoy your house.

The house has an amazing view over the water and a very large deck with 4 distinct different spaces. Outside kitchen/ seating area/ jacuzzi/pool. Photo’s do not do it justice. The house was clean and very nicely designed. A perfect location to wind down and relax. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was great! Julia was a great host who quickly responded and helped with in case we needed it. The house we stayed in was very nicely decorated and it felt homey. Everything you need was there! The area was very well kept and there were eggs and honey on site.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and offered everything that we needed. We all had fun playing the drums and relaxing in the garden. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings very serene. The lake is just a short walk away and the grocery store a short drive... a day trip to Stockholm was also manageable as the drive was only approximately one hour. For those looking for some peace and quiet...look no further. Thanks for everything!!

Nice and tidy cabin that suited us very well. Appreciated the patio in particular and the Stendörren nature reserve is well worth a visit.

a happy stay

The house was perfect for our 4-child family. Plenty of space for everyone, a natural area with nice walking paths. Along the way to the house, you can visit cows and sheep that are grazing. The cottage is fresh and homey, and has everything you could possibly need for a family with children, the children loved the bathtub upstairs! The view of the lake from the dining room window is magical! The house is located about 1.5 hours from Stockholm and 1 hour from Kolmården. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We also got to borrow life jackets for the children when we were going boating with our friends. You'll be happy to come back here!

Everything was great! It‘s a very cozy home with everything you need. The area there is also very nice. You can rent kajaks nearby. Also the communication with Pernilla was great! Hope to come back again!

Niklas was a wonderful and very helpful host, especially the communication was excellent. The house is spacy and convenient for 6-7 people, cozy and with a great view on the water. Whatever the weather it offers lots of activities (from sauna to watersports and walks) as well as silence and comtemplation. Commerces and restaurants in Nynäshamn, about a 15 min drive away from where you park your car. This house has a soul, it particularly welcomes guests who respect and cherish the place, nature and animals. In return it offers an unforgettable time and peace of mind. We will be back.

Incredibly beautiful views over the sea. More busy than we had anticipated, but it didn't bother us much. We had plans to fish outside the house but the dock we were allowed to use was not directly usable, as most of the dock was missing. Bring your own knives if you want something else to cut with than a bread knife. A big plus was that sheets were included and it was made when we arrived. Very nicely cleaned. Cozy house with magical view. Would have liked a small café set on the terrace so you can sit there and eat breakfast in the morning sun.

The room was very spacious and had all necessary equipment! The surrounding area is also beautiful and there is lots of great walking trails in the area.

A very good place to stay when you are planning to visit Kolmarden Zoo. Silence and peace are guaranteed. You will feel like staying in the countryside at your dear grandmother's place.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place, surrounded by nature with stunning views. We loved the private dock, the BBQ setup, and the cozy atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended if you’re looking to relax and unwind!

We were with four adults and five teenagers in Karin's great place. There was a lot of space in the houses and the surroundings and we enjoyed the tranquility and the beautiful landscape very much. It was great that we were allowed to use the kayaks and you are at the lake in 5 minutes. Friendly contact and all questions were answered quickly. Thank you, Karin!
