Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you get to enjoy both nature and water. Here is Kanalmagasinet, where you can in the summer have a good dinner, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to the beach is about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).
