Welcome to stay in our gem, the Skärgårdsvillan in Bröllopsviken, which is a modern house (built in 2021) on two floors by the shore of the Baltic Sea. Large terrace down to the water, 3 large French doors that blur the lines between inside and outside. A stay in peace and quiet. We are very keen to ensure that there is a calm and pleasant atmosphere in our places. Fullt utrustat hus om 180kvm byggt 2016 i charmig, äldre stil där kök och umgänges ytor finns på entréplan och de fyra sovrummen en trappa ner. Från köket når ni balkong på övre plan och ett inglasat uterum finns under denna. 2 badrum samt tvättstuga med tvättmaskin, torktumlare och torkskåp. Skogen där du hittar smultron, blåbär och svamp finns bakom huset och framför har ni utsikt över sjö och hagar. Nedanför huset finns badplats. Roddbåt ingår i hyran. Hundar är välkomna i detta boende.

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.
