Had a wonderful stay in a beautiful and surprising environment. We were able to look at our son in the playground from our terrace. And if anything came up, we had quick contact with the host through the app. And with 15-30 minutes drive, you could get to nice and special places.

A great place to relax in the middle of nature - a lovely new cottage with a nice tub and sauna. Quiet neighborhood close to the forest, perfect for those who like to be close to nature :)

Very nice, clean accommodation. The neighborhood wasn't very nice, but there was no lack of privacy (cameras, lighting, fence). You can walk everywhere. Amenities are sufficient , we will definitely go again.

A family-friendly property: fenced with a play area adapted to the needs of even very young children. Plus outdoor amenities: swings, trampolines, and toys that kids can use all day, landscaped terraces, and a grill. Very functional, clean, comfortable cottages. Not everyone has a washer - it's a good idea to ask how it matters. In our case, it was missing, but the owners are very specific and helpful, so laundry was possible after agreement. Contacting the owners is another advantage. Middle class internet, if it matters at all in such a place, it is compensated by scenic views and priceless peace and its own spa area.

The place is beautiful, lots of space and ideally furnished for both families and a group of friends. Great communication with the host, replies to messages within minutes. I can only recommend a place to stay.

Marie proved to be an exceptional host during our stay. Right from the moment we arrived, her warm and friendly smile made us feel incredibly welcomed, setting a positive tone for our visit. She went above and beyond by taking the time to acquaint us with the local area, sharing valuable insights and tips that greatly enhanced our experience.Upon our arrival, Marie had thoughtfully prepared a delightful welcome of tea and cake for us. The cake, homemade and exuding an irresistible aroma, was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. Impressively, the quantity of the cake was generous, easily lasting us for more than a day and serving as a comforting treat during our stay.The location of Marie's place was nothing short of idyllic. Nestled in serene surroundings, it offered a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The ambiance of the place was calming and pleasant, contributing significantly to the overall enjoyment and relaxation of our visit.

Great cabins with a lot of outdoor space, fun for the kids to play and roam around safely. Pretty quiet area, short walk to woods / mini forest. Hosts were nice and responsive. There are 4 cabins and we came with another family but we also enjoyed our time with the other families around the pit fire. Definitely would recommend!

Ubytovani bylo is just terrible, chata gorgeous, clean. Behind the hut fields and meadows, it's completely quiet. We were looking for solitude and peace, a misto where we can make dogs. Close to the possibility of a beautiful trip, and the lady who was waiting for us was very worthy, smiling, and welcoming. We definitely want to come back.

Beautiful, secluded place with a view of the mountains. Perfect for a break from the big city :) Mr. Jacek, committed and helpful, described in detail the access, check-in and all the possibilities in the cottage and the area. Recommended!

The large garden including the fireplace was superior for family fun!

Clean cabin, owner's heating problem quickly resolved, all good. But if there was a noisier group in the second half of the cottage, you won't sleep, you can hear everything. Close to a nice sauna at a good price, hikes within driving distance.

Anna was a fantastic host! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. One of the highlights was the sauna, and it was great that we could cool off in the pool afterward. Since we stayed in winter, we even made an ice hole for a true cold plunge experience. The location is also nice – the house is near a road, but since it’s a dead end, there’s practically no traffic, making it very peaceful. Anna was very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, everything was perfect, and we had a great time!

Great place with beautiful views and perfect location

Beautiful spacious cottage with large garden. If you like cross-country skiing in winter, you just have to go out of the garden and go. The children bobbed on the way to the moss pond, there is a turn where you can bobble. In the garden there is a nice bench by the house, where the sun shines beautifully in the afternoon. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a small bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower and toilet, and especially a kitchen with all the amenities (oven, stove, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, grater, opener, matches, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, cutlery,...) and a stove where it locks. Otherwise, there's an electric heater. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms, each can sleep at least 4 overnight guests, there is also a crib. And there's another toilet. The larger bedroom has a large window overlooking the cross-country skiing circuit and forests. There are also books, DVDs (TV can only play DVDs on the TV - not the classic TV program, games, toys. We loved it here. For our smallest, the biggest draw was the staircase from the kitchen to the upstairs. Even though it went through at least a hundred times, nothing happened to him.

We were offered to check in earlier and check out later, which we liked very much. The location is in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by nature, exactly as we wanted this time. We saw a group of roe close to the house. There was everything needed and more in the house. There was a water issue one night, which Sebastian promptly fixed the very next morning. Plenty of activities for a group of people - BBQ, football, board games, and a field to launch a kite. We were invited to stay again, so maybe we will in the future :)

I spent the weekend here with my daughters and their families. We were satisfied with everything - cleanliness, equipment, photos corresponded to reality, communication with the hosts was very pleasant, we also had a welcome gift. Quiet and beautiful environment. I highly recommend the stay.

The stay in Bartnica was perfect 😊 We arrived in 5 people right after the lights. The cottages have the necessary equipment - you will find a toaster, toaster, toaster, coffee maker, microwave. The cottages are located in a very quiet area - at night a perfect stargazing point and with morning coffee, the usual deer running outside the window. The cottages are about 700 meters away from the station in Bartnica, which allows you to get around the neighborhood without using a car. We'll definitely be back😊

We were amazed by the beauty of the whole place that immediately captivated us. The place was spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything you could need. We were most pleased with the sauna and outdoor pool, which we enjoyed to the fullest. The option to grill in the open kitchen was a great diversion, so we were able to spend most of our time outside. Overall, we were really excited and the goal of our stay was to relax and unwind, which we were able to do fine. We would definitely last a lot longer here. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we recommend to everyone !

Big and Beautiful renovated german cottage from 1850’s where one feels extremely cozy and like in your own home. 10 people can easily fit and still feel each person has plenty of space. Ivan was very responsive, communicative, and also patient ( we came late and had 1 hour delay). All instructions were clear, Host speaks ENG/CZ/PL. For extra fee, you can get smaller sauna as well (1000czk). Within 20min walk from the cottage, there is beautiful and romatic chateau area with restaurants, people are very friendly in the neighbourhood. Definitely worth to visit ✌️👍 Thanks Ivan
