We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Szalejówka

Szalejówka - built entirely of wood, which creates its unique atmosphere. Here you will experience real silence, sleep like never before, relax by the fireplace and play board games. In summer, the greatest pleasure is sitting on the terrace and looking at the forest, meadow and passing animals, and the playground for children. You can sit by the barbecue or the fire. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlina from here. We are the ideal starting point. We will bake homemade bread for you.

A unique designer cottage in the Owl Mountains. A modern and ecological block surrounded by trees and mountains. The house is right next to the forest, on a hill. From the location, you can reach the Great Owl 1015 meters above sea level in two hours. Designed for people who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle. Guests are invited to admire the panorama of the Rościszowa valley, walk in the forest, or enjoy a bonfire or fireplace. Active recreation and a relationship with nature instead of a TV.

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in a private outdoor wood-fired panoramic sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating via a fireplace; underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.

Bohemia

Bohema is a small wooden house of 35 sqm, created independently with the most cozy and natural climate in mind :) The main idea was to create a place to rest, with the possibility of admiring nature. Bohema is located in the picturesque village of Sierpnica, at an altitude of over 700 m above sea level in the Owl Mountains :)
