The cabin is in bright Scandinavian style with an open feeling and ceiling height up to ridge. Welcome to a small and cozy cottage in Skärsjövålen. Here you will find peace and nature next to Sonfjället with nice hiking in summer and miles of snowmobile trails in winter. If you want to go downhill, you can easily get to Vemdalan (45 min), Lofsdalen (75 min) & Funäsdalen (60 min). On weekends in winter, you also have the slope in Hede with a lift that is suitable for beginners/family. Two streets from the cottage, you have the starting point for cross-country ski trails (lit). Nice fishing opportunities all year round.

The cottage is located high in the Uppvallen area overlooking the mountain world in the south. Suitable for a family of 4, bunk beds in open plan, small kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher and all the equipment needed. Newly built wood-fired sauna with shower, new kitchen for winter 2023/24. Well-equipped kitchen in rustic mountain style with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stovetop and wine cooler.

To the ski slopes in Vemdalsskalet and Björnrike, it takes about 20 minutes by car.
