The Boat House was built in 1928 as a garage/boat house for the Bureau of Reclamation employees while building the Owyhee Dam. In 2016 it was renovated into a rental house. Our little 2 Bedroom Studio/Loft apartment is an open design inspired by our roots in New York City. It has a full kitchen, large bathroom and a covered front porch. It was originally an airplane hangar where a local legend built bi-planes before being refinished into an apartment for my mother. The home is on a dead end street and only one mile to the freeway.
