Beautiful building and apartment. Nhung is an outstanding hostess. We rented for our son who was studying abroad in Hanoi and Nhung was so kind to pick him up at the airport upon arrival and bring him to the apartment. She took great care of our son and was extremely responsive to any questions we had.

My cousin and I had a wonderful stay at Kien's apartment! His apartment was in a fantastic location, surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and local businesses that spoke some English. This apartment was clean, had all the necessary amenities, and looked just like the pictures as described. During my stay, I wanted to do a load of laundry since Kien's place included a washer. Since I was unsure on which detergent to use, Kien insisted to deliver a brand new bag of detergent. I greatly appreciate this kind gesture and amazing service. I do want to kindly note to others, that this apartment is on the fourth floor and there are no elevators in this building. This wasn't an issue for me, but could be a consideration for anyone traveling with heavy luggage. All the best and thank you for the wonderful stay Kien!

We had a fantastic stay, thanks to our incredibly proactive and kind host. From the start, they made us feel welcomed and were quick to respond to any questions or issues, always offering effective solutions right away. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality really made a difference. The location was also a big plus—peaceful, convenient, and close to restaurants. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We felt well taken care of and truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this place, and we’d absolutely love to return in the future!

This location was a gem to find within the city. Upon arrival I was stunned and had to send a message regarding the beauty of the design. Quite unique and comfortable. The balcony was surely a beautiful addition I’ve never seen before. The bed was extremely comfortable, the wooden bathtub - amazing, the kitchen was equipped with needed essentials, just overall I enjoyed the stay and was amazed at the design.

Trâm was an incredible host. He was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay in Hanoi, which really made us feel at home. The airbnb is beautifully designed, spacious and calm. You do not really notice that you are in such a busy area as the airbnb is located in the back of the house. The area is great, you can walk everywhere and come home in between. We would 100% recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again if returning to Hanoi.

I had such a great time staying here! The place is tucked right above a Laundry shop, so I almost missed it at first, but the host was already waiting and came out to greet me as soon as I reached out. She was incredibly welcoming and took time to walk me through everything in the room. The space itself is a bit smaller than I thought, but it’s really clean, well-organized, and the balcony has a charming view of the street. The neighborhood is lively and walkable with plenty of local spots to explore. Would absolutely recommend!

Super clean room, spacious and fully equipped. The host and the staffs are friendly and supportive. Lake view is stunning especially with the sunset. Surely i will introduce this place to my friends when they come to Hanoi

This is the 3rd time we've come here! This is our reference when we come to Hanoi ✅ Vui is very helpful, the services available are of good quality, whether it's vacuuming or doing laundry. There are good restaurants nearby and cafes to work. It feels like home. I recommend 1000% 🔥

Fantastic Airbnb! The apartment is just as pictured – clean, bright, and comfortable. The balcony was my favorite part, and the view was nice. It’s located in a quiet alley but just steps from great food and local spots. Easy to get around the city. The host was responsive and kind. Would book again in a heartbeat!

It is a neat accommodation with Japanese taste. It is a spacious space that everyone will be satisfied with.

The place has everything we needed. Its location is perfect with a lot of coffee shops in the area. The hosts are also very helpful.

The equipment of the apartment is super new, great to use, I very much enjoy that I can cook and do laundry all inside my room in a 8 days stay. The house is walking distance to a small lake, can blend in with local and chill besides the lake is the biggest plus of my stay. I'll definitely come back. I wish the next time when I'm back the neighbors' construction is finished. The house itself is very perfect.

Great place to stay!! I was in Hanoi for 7 weeks and this apartment was perfect, cleaned every couple of days if required, great location for all amenities.

My partner and I had a great stay at Thanhs airbnb. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Functioning AC and dehumidifier too. Location was good, lots of convenience stores and a big supermarket 10 min walk away. It’s in the heart of the Japanese district with lots of Japanese food around if that’s what you’re wanting. Amenities wise it is pretty bare. At first Thanh provided 2 body towels, 1 toilet paper roll, shampoo and body wash, and that’s it. When we asked for other basics like hand wash, hand towels, dish towel and dish soap (for the kitchen), he then provided them after a few hours which was greatly appreciated but should have been there already. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs before and they have always had basics like spices, oils, extra TP, drying rack, cleaning supplies, etc but this wasn’t provided. It was fine for us for a few days, we only cooked one meal, but we certainly missed the basic household items.

Good place to stay for a couple of nights!
