New renovation, new furnitures and new appliances. Hotel condo studio in Waikiki, 5 minutes walk to the Waikiki Beach. Great location for beach and sea sports lovers. Conveniently located, 10 minutes walk to any supermarket, shopping mall and restaurant. There are laundry rooms, restaurant, swimming pool and barbecue areas in our hotel. Ko Tiki Terrace restaurant is on ground floor by the pool. Laundry rooms are on the 4th, 8th and 12th floors. The King size bed is wide and comfortable.

A spacious living area features a comfortable gray sofa facing a coffee table and a light blue area rug. Large windows provide views of Diamond Head and the surroundings, while a ceiling fan adds to the room's modern appeal. A cozy queen bed is also visible in the background.
