This room is perfect for friends, siblings or mother/daughter outings to Cape Cod. Easily accessible, this "Jamaican Aqua" colored room pops with a bright color palette. Most of the artwork in this room is done by local Cape Cod artists. This private bathroom has a standup shower. Please note, Occupancy Tax will be collected upon arrival. Due to the current regulatory environment, Airbnb is not required to collect Massachusetts and Local Occupancy Tax. However, as a registered lodging (Bed & Breakfast) business, we are. The space is available for one to four guests in the same party. Accommodations are in a separate wing of the house. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. There is a private bath as well as a sitting room and screen porch for the exclusive use of the guest. The house is within walking distance to a private ocean beach and within a mile of the Shinning Sea Bike Path (bike rentals are available nearby). Numerous restaurants serving traditional Cape fare are within a two mile radius, with many more in nearby Falmouth and Woods Hole. Breakfast is provided.

Retreat to Cape Cod Home on Water

Private home built in 1906. Two lovely guest rooms in an ideally Cape Cod home overlooking Nantucket Sound and the Centerville and Bumps rivers. Both rooms have window seats and provide a traditional New England style. You will love the proximity to the ferries, P-Town, Woods Hole, great beaches, lakes, restaurants, theaters, shopping and whale watching. Both rooms have AC. Sorry to say, but my listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12; because of stairs and dock.

Spacious 1850s rustic meets modern walkout studio

Located on 1.6 acres, just a 6 minute drive from Vineyard Haven town center, this lovely post and beam walk out basement apartment is the perfect home base to explore the island. Although the home was built in 2000 and has all the modern amenities you could hope for, its structure, reclaimed from a Connecticut dairy barn built in 1852 brings old world charm to this stunning space. Please note that our family of 5 lives upstairs so there is potential for noise.

The Parrish and Blue and Look Out Rooms have a queen size bed and can sleep one or two people.
